A really nice roomy House & home& the view out the back is tremendous!.But it does seem to me that the Brit Housing Market is terribly overpriced!! So i do like the property,but not for that asking price!
For £4.5m I’d expect the garden to be backing onto the lake ....I’m sorry, but I’ve seen plenty of properties on RUclips in the equivalent price range or less, offering way more than this! 😔

Nice house but whoever bought it for 1.7m in 2021 and redecorated it is having a laugh asking 4.5 for it now.
