Oh crumbs, I wish I'd seen this video before I took Schools (ie finals) at Oxford ... in 1973. Where were you man? Very well done. You clearly worked very hard and very smart. Even at my current age, as a just retired university lecturer, I'm going to use some of your ideas to improve my mastery of the material I work on. Have a great life !!
Thanks man! This will help me a lot for my minor. Could you please also make a separate video for Computer science? Because these tips were good for essay based subjects and concentrated very much on philosophy
Work very hard and coming out tops helps a lot. There are no tricks to learn. Be dead keen on the subject you apply for and be interesting and imaginative when talking about it.
Hiiii, i started to watch your videos yesterday and i can say that I loveeee them so much, your such an amazing person, I actually want to be like you when I grow up. I have a question and I know you probably won't see this comment but i just wanted to try. Can you please do a video explaining how you did your essays, I'm not from England and in my school we don't do that essays I think, we do something similar but it's no the same so please I'd really apreciate it because i really want to learn how to do them. Of course Im pretty sure that you probably won't see this comment but I just wanted to try. I really really like your content and i'd totally understand if you don't answer me. You are my example in life Hahahhahah. ♥️
Ahh no the UK education system is way different to the North American system. A 2.2 is basically the degree classification before 2.1 and first (these two grades is what a lot of students get and what some jobs wants). A 2.2 is different to a 2.2 GPA
@@pregerzoreo4886 you can get a 2:2, most jobs and masters application have a threshold of a 2:1 or above. The highest you can get if a first and anything below 40% is a fault
It amazes me at the number of firsts universities give nowadays compared to 30 years ago when I graduated. Serious grade inflation going on even in the top universities. I would say a modern day first is equivalent to a 2.1 20 years ago.
Sour grapes Ray R! You obviously didn’t get a first in your uni but don’t let that take away from someone smarter than you or someone who has worked harder than you and got a First! It is still incredibly difficult to get a First at Oxford University,if anything it’s harder yet this guy was smart enough to get a First. I say Well done!

Sometimes what we expect doesn't happen, but sometimes vice-versa happens with the grace of God.
