Daemon and Rhaenyra longing after each other, you can tell from the camera work how one has a close up thinking and staring into nothing and it transition to the other right after doing the same.
Great reaction, can't wait for more. So, Daemon actually cared for Laena. He wasn't going to make that choice for her but she would have died anyway. If they both refused to cut her open, she still would have died but she wanted to go out her own way. Daemon isn't the best but he cares for his family.
In the scene with Daemon and his daughters after Laena died, there was a part where he comforted his daughters but it was cut.
Laena chose to marry Daemon their wasn’t an arranged marriage. He respected and cared about her. In the books it also seems he may have actually loved her.
Clearly the end of episode 5 didn't clue us in enough, when they're both dancing and flirting, etc.

Actually RHAENYS (Queen who never was) is also a Brunette originally in the Books, *her mother was Jocelyn Baratheon* . They shouldn't have changed that in the show.
Rhaenyras children’s names (in order) are Jacaerys, Lucerys, and Joffrey.

It’s sad watching all the kids together before the storm. How young, how happy they were 😢. In another world they could’ve been the best of friends. It’s surreal watching Aegon so carefree and unbothered for power. Knowing the path he will walk.
Common boys Daemon is the fun of this show ... He only cares about his family ,, He doesn't have a problem with having kids, He just likes to be in control ,,, All the characters in the show are complicated and there are no Ideal good people ,They all work for their own interests !
im dissapointed that rhaenys has white hair in the show because she is the best example that, in fact not all targaryens have white hair and its not that much of a big deal
Rhaenyra's children by Harwin are bastards and everyone knows it. There lives will be miserable because of her reckless choices. Rhaenys is beautiful in the show. Love Eve Best.

Next episodes is going to be so good! Daemon had more a heart felt moments with a daughters but it was cut. We see more with the kids soon.

11:07 well.. the showrunner said on the inside episode 4, the temporary ED happened due to guilt. It's a psychology effect, like it happened sometimes.
On the book & the show, it's canon that He have 6 children (1 died of childbirth & 1 stillborn) there's a few bastards as well. So clearly it's not an issue. Actually it's not even in the book. Hope this clear the misunderstanding.

The only thing that bugs me is how surface level view of daemon you picked up. I thought it'll be easier for you guys as a group to pick up the good side of Daemon that they're showing subtly (Aemma funeral, warning Corlys to respect Viserys, telling truth to Viserys about Council, care for Rhaenyra etc. ) . They show the bad side loudly anyway & by making other characters talk about him badly. many reactors just go by that. Look out for those subtle moments of Daemon.

As much as I think the Ser InceI jokes are hilarious and it's a trip watching them catch on in the mainstream, I'm actually not sure anymore how many people unironically understand the concept of "not transplanting 21st century sensibilities on a medieval knight". The world in which Cole lives has very different notions of honor and chastity. He's not gonna understand Rhae Rhae was having a hot girl summer. But that aside, the memes are funny af ngl. Someone tweeted "dude would be a menace if they had podcasts" & I spat out water thinking Criston on a roundtable with Andrew Tate and Fresh and Fit 😂😂
Alicent : When you're just trying to call out the family th0t, raise an actual man, and hold the realm together through male primogeniture but the audience hates you 😔 Nah jokes aside, Rhaenyra totally made that offer out of the kindness of her golden heart and pure generosity. It totally wasn't because she is trying to entrench the claim of her illegitimate son. No sir. A flimsy marriage alliance is not gonna save Prince Aegon & Aemond’s lives if Rhaenyra’s spawn by Harwin takes the throne & ppl start calling him what he really is.
