Really like this site and free shipping. Just received my 2nd order. Everything was as I expected -- with the exception of one of the two 3-drawer desk top drawer units was cracked all across the bottom and the bottom drawer was crushed on a corner. I will take a picture and email it for customer service to advise me how they wish to handle this. All the other items were fine.

I probably would have purchased without looking. I will see if the pen comes in different colors and may consider ordering if it does.

The pen that you got with the screw tips only work in the pen it came with. I got a set from another company and I also didn't realize the tips screw in. Not even wrapping washi tape around they will not work. 😊
Hi Shay! LOVE all the bracelet making supplies! I bought my two bead boards a long time ago and paid a lot more. The circular one makes bracelet sizing and design so easy! One tip is to stretch the elastic cord a bit before making the bracelets. The alcohol markers are great…they were my 3rd order. My hubby does wood burning and it adds the colour so easily. I bought some clear stamps from Temu so am going to try card making too! Love Temu Tuesdays! Take care! ❤️💎

Pro tip: round tips can be used on round and square drills. In fact the square tips are a waste of money and a money making gimmick! I've never used the square tip and I am almost exclusively a square drill painting girl.
u should explain return. my order came damaged if u choose house credit it is instant . it only took like a minute. my order came totally damaged and it took me 2 minutes to get refund. gives u choice of credit or cash back. i choose credit so was happy with customer service

Watched your unpacking but I got to tell you... some of the things are way overpriced..that journal...nothing special about it, it's not even a hardback. Dollartree has something very close to it. And the markers...so many colors but some are so close to another it makes it like getting two of the same color. IDK ..just seemed over priced. Also,.you bought things I have no clue what they are for or how they are used. You didn't explain any of that. Like those pens at the end...are they dipped in ink? What's the wax for? And those little bins...what are they for? You might be assuming too much. There has to be a way to tell us what they are for without boring those who already know. Just food for thought. Thank you.

Pro tip: Store your markers on their sides so the ink doesn't drain to one side and dry out the other side. 😊
