Glory to heroes, Mr Jake! Once again, thank you so much and your incredible community! You have done an incredible job! And you can already see the first cars in our video! But this is just the beginning, and there will be more)
@@69thSniffingBrigade I did point this out before I think it was on your channel, the robotic buggy needs to have a suspended board/ frame for the stretcher with two gas shocks either end roughly holding about 30 kilos each, on opposite side, ideally adjustable shocks would be better that could be adjusted for the weight of the person, but even a standard gas sock that holds up the back of the hatch of a vehicle should be adequate it's strong enough, if it's at the right capacity, and can be made to be cut shorter. you don't want to go too much because otherwise it'll be too stiff. If you attach the board/flame with some bungee or elasticated straps with good movement of about 10 inches and two gas shocks either end to absorb the re-bounce. This is very important for somebody who's wounded who needs to be evacuated you cannot have them getting any vibration mechanical shock, eliminating it as much as possible under heavy terrain. it could be crucial if they encounter movement to them plus it allows the vehicle to go quite a bit faster. Oh and make sure that it's connected to a ball joint so there is some swaying movement. this could be adapted for inside vehicles as well. I would design a buggy trailer a bit different I would put bigger wheels and make sure they're on the outside and sink the chassis/stretcher further down this would allow you more movement as well. Also make sure the tyres are not inflated too much.A good wheels would probably be a trials or motocross bike wheel 21 inch or bigger is more then adequate for the trainer. Make the axle stick out a bit so you can put two wheels if it's rarely boggy conditions.Actually I just thought maybe better approach is making like a giant pram so the frame of coils up at both ends and you can connect some springs to it and a couple of gas shocks. it's an easy construction and the stretcher can be sunk down and suspended. if you look at the Old prams from the 50s you'll know what I mean. Remote 4x4 you don't really want the windscreen it's a vulnerability to the occupant casualty. If you get some really thick aluminium diamond plate and sandwich it with some polymer sealant like used in windscreen. an inch thick just cut a slit 8 inches across by four inches high where the camera would sit on the dashboard, you can have two cameras on the outside looking into the mirrors what could be rotated to give you a wider sense of view in conjunction with the center camera. I don't like the blue flashing light it's just a beacon sitting there. yes I'm sure it's used away from dangers zones but maybe not all the time, what you can do is spray with a smoky paint, you don't have to use black you can get smokey paint in all colors, so you could get green not necessarily black or brown or mixture of the two, this will disguise the blue light when not in use and still will illuminate when in use. Is easy to put on you can buy it in spray cans give it about two or three coats and cover it with a 2K lacquer because it does perish overtime then the light would be camouflage as well. Rob the shine off as well with 3,000 grit paper lightly probably spray three coats of Lancer first. Also make sure you put a switch on the dashboard and on the remote vehicle you can disable the bright lights you don't want them lighting up at night. i see you using my box section on the 4x4s but sloping of the back door is not enough? I would have it nearly 40 degrees angle, you can always extend the back section out 14" and connect the back of the Hatch to it what comes with the 4x4 on that extension. and you can make the top hatch a greater angle. Are you utilising the inside of the vehicle? where the back window would be, if you cut this all out you can have a complete flat bed right up to the Passenger compartment in the front. just get some L-shaped angle iron and connect it to the roof section and slightly down the sides, could be bolted or welded because the lack of support. And make it a bit higher I think you can get more height just make the front of it sloping plus it can be used for storage for medical gear.
Same here. From my June salary I donated 1000.- Euros in total to various ukrainian charities (69th Sniffing Brigade, United 24, Come Back Alive, Azov One, Ukraine Aid Ops, Ukraine Front Line etc) and I will continue to donate and support Ukraine!
