I bought a used Nero 3. When I plug it in. the blue LED is flashing. I tried as suggested by AI, to hold the control button and keep holding it and apply power. the LED should change to red flashing. The blue LED just keeps flashing no matter how long I hold it down. The pump is working but at a very low pulsing speed, The AI app doesn't see it. Any ideas what might be wrong?
i was having the same issue. i finally figuered it out, if you have iphone you need to make sure you allow My AI access to bluetooth. so make sure you go to settings and find the my ai app and make sure bluetooth is on. i did that and the app found it.
Ai can’t help me. But I’m able to connect on the app but the blower doesn’t work. I factory reset and I can’t connect on the app but the blower works. I can’t get the blower to work and connect

I didn't really get what's the fix in the video... Is it a factory reset?
To perform a factory reset:
1. Unplug from power.
2. Press and hold button.
3. Reapply power and wait for the LED to
blink red.
4. Release button.
Ai can’t help me. But I’m able to connect on the app but the blower doesn’t work. I factory reset and I can’t connect on the app but the blower works. I can’t get the blower to work and connect
Note. You can use android phone. When use iphone (bluetooth 4.0 or up) is difficult to connect!
