Lumpiang Shanghai | Air Fryer Recipe | No More Deep-Frying

  • Today we are making another Philippine classic - Lumpiang Shanghai. But, instead of deep-frying it, we are making a healthier version by baking it in an air fryer.
    As the name suggests, this Lumpiang spring roll uses Chinese related ingredients. But I am not sure why it is specifically Shanghai though.
    Ingredients:
    250 g pork
    4 cloves garlic
    100g carrots (1 medium carrot)
    100g onions
    1 stock spring onion
    1 Tbsp soy sauce
    1 Tbsp oyster sauce
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 egg
    Spring roll wrappers, 12cm x 12cm
