Learning both Dutch and French will definitely help in Marketing filed. Most of the management employees here are Dutch speaking. Children who go to Dutch schools have better opportunities for university studies later, also better career. But mind it, companies prefer to employ their own citizens than a foreigner as they are more efficient in language and communication skills. Very highly skilled category workers find it easier to find job in Europe
