Many don't like them due to leaf size but they reduce really quickly
I agree Shane I am constantly defoliating mine.

Sorry Margarita they will die inside, you can bring them I for a day but they must live out side.

Great tree Jeffs but with Ash dieback so prevalent now it is no longer a good tree for Bonsai.
Brendan where are you that you get dieback? This tree Is over 30 years old and never ever suffered from dieback.
Here in Ireland it is a big problem and cannot sell or buy Ash trees any more Jeff.
That’s a shame Brendan here in Australia they are weeds and grow wild.
