World Champ Manny Pacquiao stepped off the Virgin Australia flight from Sydney straight into a flurry of phones and photographs.
Pacquiao's security detail was asleep on the job, who assumed the Philippines' Senator was on an earlier flight, so they retreated leaving the 38year old pugilist exposed to a flurry of fans.
Pacquiao walked straight off the plane and was stopped by fans and autograph hunters just metres from the gate, where others attempted to step off the plane.
One of Manny's minders expressed anger at the lack of security looking around for those that were employed to control the crowd seeking signatures and selfies with the $500 million man in town to promote his bout with Aussie Jeff Horn.
'Where are the van's," Manny's minder in the grey suit demands.
When told they were outside the terminal, there was obvious contempt for the people in charge of the escort on the ground.
Manny and wife Jinkee were really hospitable to the fans who asked for a photo and an autograph with the pair walking through alongside Top Rank's Bob Arum and promoter Dean Lonerghan.
