@@maryann2654 First of all, if you know anything about Govt. she was only there a short time..these MEN didn't give her a chance to turn anything around, but if you look at her record she was starting to make some progress and the community liked it 👍who 🤔was this Whitaker guy to call her to his church and tell her if she doesn't resigned he was going force her out. I expressed that Portsmouth City council members were being payed off since I ran for council in 1984. Dr. Holley, the former Mayor once sent me a ghost letter asking me to cool down! This payoff has been going on for ages. I wouldn't put anything pass Paul Battle or Dr. Whither,both are snakes. Chickens are coming home to roost! I am calling all council members about this matter. If they refuse to answer, I am coming into Portsmouth to raise legal matters regarding the payoff issues! We have the same problems here in Durham NC. Time to clean house!
