The Folly is fantastic. It used to be the last stopping point of Folk on the Water - a group of local musicians who did a 3 week tour of canal pubs in Warwickshire. The organiser summed it up with "Is this heaven? No, it's The Folly". Hope to go back later this summer.
Hi gang, down on GU for a week or so sorting out family members, the of to bridge 111 for a bit of a folly before we head down to Oxford onto K&A for Bath at Christmas, keep up with the vlogs take care, Peter&Lea. Ps couldn’t agree more with tunnel light syndrome that’s seem to be in every tunnel.
Any advice on how to clean muddy paws on a boat. Have got ourselves a cockapoo puppy and having seen the state of the towpaths you were on I know you'll be facing the same issues. Also how did you attach your bike to the back of the boat - another thing we want to do so looking for ideas
Strangely enough we’re showing how we shower the dogs in our next vlog. But another thing we do is use a pressure pump that is normally used for weeding the garden. They’re from b&q. www.google.com/search?q=weed+pump+spray&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-gb&client=safari Good luck with the puppy 👍🏻
As you’re heading on the G U & talking of pubs you must try the cape of good hope just before the Hatton flight Warwick. Great pub, good beers, great atmosphere & fab food. One of our favourites. 👍🏻
