Feliz Año Dulce Pareja, The religious fanatics must be kept under control and away from Landing, but Tywin died and Tommen is a sweet summer child, let's hope Margaery can give him advanced classes
The show spends all this time thinking we are actually wondering what the faceless men do with the bodies,..when everyone already knows. They act like it’s some big mystery.
The faceless men are so much cooler and way more intriguing in the books. Hell there is a chapter where you are with one the entire time but don’t even know it. It took me a second read through to catch it. They are much more involved, especially at the citadel and with dragons than even a lot of the book readers know. Watching this season and next had me so annoyed because they just waste every scene with Arya and the faceless men from here on out.
I know I’m bitching a lot, but this episode set the series on a bad course. They could have followed Jon’s actual story and the end of this episode almost makes you think they will, but no they don’t really do it. In the book Jon has to make some tough choices. He sends Sam away, with Gilly, but switches Gillys baby with Dalla’s baby so Melisandre won’t be tempted to burn the baby. ( as Mel see’s it dalla’s baby has kings blood bc it’s Mance’s son) ..anyway Gilly obviously doesn’t want to do it so Jon strongarms her into it with threats of what could happen. And then Jon plans to break his vow and March to a Winterfell with the wildings he let through the wall. Anyway my point is he would of actually had things to do and real decisions to make, for good or bad. And they basically cut it all in favor or a bland character who is the “perfect prince “. Which is exactly what GRRM wrote him NOT to be. He was the answer to Tolkiens Aragorn. In the real world the nicest guy rarely ever wins it all in the end.
No we love hearing all of this background, thanks for sharing the storyline from the books. That would have been cool to see Jon's real character integrated into show. What has intrigued us so much about the show is the character development so knowing that Jon in the books has way more going on feels like we aren't getting the full Jon Snow experience as intended
Valar Gasholis - All Men Must Fart.
For anyone that didn’t know, grey worm actually sings as well. Check out Raleigh Ritchie Time in a tree.
Thanks for the fun fact on Grey Worm singing! 🎶
Happy New Year to you both!!
Felicidades!!
I like Queen Margaery as Queen.
She is politically smart and cares for the people.
Thank you for the New Years video! Hope you guys have an awesome New Year!
Margeary is smart but she understimates Cersei's ferocity and fury. Never poke a lioness...
It's going down! 👊

The “High Sparrow” is the leader of the cult/religion, everyone else in the cult are just “sparrows “
I think the correct term you were looking for in the intro is 'little person'. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
Noted!

Admittedly we didn't really know until a couple episodes later 😂

Interesting! Thanks for the extra context on the faceless men
There's only one God and his name is Death. What do you say to the Lord of Death? Not Today!
