The owner was a retired professor from Harvard with an Ethiopian wife. They served us a beautiful dish of chicken with a red spicy sauce and the injera bread. We were served with the food in the low basket weaved like table. They were soo polite and delightful. I will never forget that meal.

That bread is called Injera and it's made with teff flour, barley flour, yeast, salt and water. It's like a sponge and perfect to scoop food up with. Love you B ❤️

I’m not ethapian but I was try to eat this delicious food and I got best experience of the food I remembered one night, was Addis Ababa and I eat enjera dibis with full spicy 🌶 and then I wet the down town Addis and i was up all night with full of energy and great stimina and rest was great history still I remember that nigh and still I’m eating enjera 💯👌

The original injera does't contain yeast and salt, also we use only teff flour which is gulten free and unhybride.

You guys have to try doro wot, keyi wot and kitfo next time you go . They’re more spicy but soooo good they’re some of the popular dishes.
