Vila Nova de Gaia Portugal Cable Car Ride

‪@Dean_Trips‬’s Dean and Isabele ride the cable car from the Luiz I Bridge area down to the Douro River front in Vila Nova de Gaia in July 2024. This cable car runs along the river front area of the Port wine cellars which is across the Douro River from Porto. The short ride costs €7 Euro one way per adult and €10 round trip. The cost seems a little high for the short ride but the views are amazing and we totally enjoyed it and were lucky enough to be the only two in our car. The Portuguese name is “teleférico de Gaia”.
