*250 grams All purpose flour
*25 ml vegetable oil /ghee
*1/4 tsp carom seeds
*1/2 tsp salt
*1/2 cup + 3 tbsp water or as required

*100 grams of moth beans(mataki daal)
*salt & 1 tsp turmeric powder
*1 tsp coriander powder
*1 tbsp multani masala
*1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli powder
*1/4 tsp garam masala powder
*1 medium size tomato purie
*1 tbsp ginger, garlic & green chilli paste

*2 tbsp roasted coriander, cumin,
black pepper corn, Whole red chillies,
cloves & black cardamom powder
1 tbsp salt
*1 tsp black salt
*1/4 tsp chilli flakes
*1/4 tsp garam masala
*1/4 tsp asafoetida
*1 tbsp chaat msala
