Im a fist time mum, my son is now 18 months but there is always somthing new and i love hearing other peoples experiences and how raw you keep your podcasts is just what i need ❤️
I would imagine the health anxiety is a trauma response to Caitlin’s mums death. I lost my dad at a young age and I struggled really badly with health anxiety! It just really opens your eyes to the possibility of loss. CBT counselling is the best cure if this starts to get in the way of your life. Sending you so much love 🤍

Funny yet true story while we are on the belly button topic.. my brother in law is a twin. They were born at 3lbs. My brother in law did NOT have a belly button when born, still to this day (41 years of age) he does not have a belly button.

So you won't send your kid to soft play when he's well because you don't want him to get a cold but when he's unwell and already got a cold you'll let him go and potentially risk other children's health , there could be also children there with compromised immune systems that give and play at soft play too , that's bang out if order that u said and do that !

I said this to a friend, it's better to get the whole kids/marriage thing out on the table soon as rather than later down the line. As she said she said about marriage and he said nothing. So she presumed that that's what he wanted. Turns out he don't sadly.. I said if he don't day that means he don't or to prompt of a answer not go on thinking its a yes.

Oakley's is the oldest boy, Lyla is their newborn baby 😊
I’m so sorry for you couldn’t breastfeed I had inverted nipples but I would stimulate them to make them stick out then breastfed my child I breastfeed him till he was 18 months and now they are always outwards so don’t worry if you ever want to try breastfeeding again it’s definitely possible!
