Omg I wish I had seen this because I had mine yesterday and it was awful pain, reading the comments I would have been more prepared. I am glad I am not the only one who found it traumatizing.
Reading all these comments has my anxiety on extreme. I’m having mine done next Thursday and my husbands not gonna be able to be there with me 😭🤣😭
This test felt like moderate cramps for a short period of time and then I felt the dye flowing through. Very fast test. Slight cramping after the test. My tube weren’t blocked but I’m glad I had it done.
I got mine done today and...😮. It was painful for me (not to scare anyone) . It wasn't long, was like a couple pinches and done. I been experiencing cramps since. Not consistent, but they are there. Take deep breaths and Take pain meds beforehand. Best wishes to you all !
I never took an antibiotic! had this done and I was so terrified because women said it was so painful. I felt like two little cramps n that was it
Hello Im getting mine next week i like your video u made it seem like it wasn’t to bad i will be taking meds forsureeee lol Im a little nervous thou thanks for the info ☺️
You’ll do just fine! It’s painful but it’s not THAT bad. If I had to do it again I would definitely take meds before!
I getting mine tomorrow... My doctor gave us instructions to take ibuprofen one hour before the procedure. And they said no sex, tampons, baths and douching for at least 3 days after the procedure
Happy March 8th to this international woman!
Thanks!
gosh at my stage of TTC I found men annoying...we go through hell, injections, pills, very..very intimate doctor visits, hormone changes and aches and no alcohol!!! which doesn't help...and men complain if they have to take a pill? my partner is the same actually he's worse because he doesn't think that a chemical pregnancy is a loss/miscarriage so I am the over top one, exaggerating over a faint line... men!!
Ah yeah it’s been interesting to navigate and work through different things that come up in the TTC process because I think it’s easy for partners to forget or not realize the extent of what’s going on physically and emotionally since they aren’t experiencing it. Putting that clip in this video was my tiny form of payback because he realized how dumb he sounded! 😂
Ugh I’m sorry about the chemical...you aren’t alone in having that conversation over the faint lines...we had it too! 😔
It’s frustrating, but I think it helps to just do your best to explain how your feeling so he can understand. If that’s fails, you’re still not alone because there are lots of women (including me) who know what you’re going through!
Hang in there!! Sending love 💛💛
I had that done in February and it was so much more painful then I thought it would be. They didn’t give me or my husband any antibiotics, I wish they did. We were fine, but honestly I remember crying during the appointment because the pain was crazy.
I was really scared during mine. The doctor didn’t explain what was happening. I found it super painful and a bit traumatizing tbh. I have a high pain threshold.
Ohhhh lord now you got me scared lol
i had mine yesturday omg it painful i never took anti botics me or parttner maybe as im uk but im still painful next day was you cramping feeling just asking 😊
I agree... it is painful. My ibuprofen didn't work 🤣🤦🏾♀️
This was soooooo painful, but worth it for the good results.
Simply by reading comments like these one can obviously notice that experiences very quite a bit. Since so, many patients experience a painful traumatic response. Not all patient general anesthesia they want to.
My husband is the same lol. No meds, thank you.
It was awful I stopped the procedure
Sounds painful girl! Hopefully you never need to do that again x x
Ahh I hope not either! 🥴
