Hello Fam, hope you guys are having a good week so far. This one didn't go quite as planned but I think the video is pretty good still. Hope you like. Have a good evening! 🍺🍺👍👍
Hi can you help I would like to send a donation of cars to you ,but do not know where to send them to I have looked everywhere for an email address but I cannot find one please keep up the amazing transformations you do stephen
Excellent video as always and the van looks "pimp" but the Christmas presents in the van story... priceless! Love the channel, been watching for awhile, thought you was gone for good for a minute there. Glad you're back!
For the mustang I'd say delete the big engine and make a "what-if" version of it, as if ford ever made a production mustang wagon, maybe with a factory style paint 😁👍
There were two versions of 'Vantastic' released by Matchbox: one with the stupid big engine, and one without. The Boss Mustang they made prior to these, and which sacrificed it's tooling to create them, was better than both.
My buddy had a 4x4 Chevy van painted flat black with a Metallica logo painted in white on each side! We called it the Metallivan!! Good times my friend, Good times!
I like the way the second blue came out. You can't see it until the van turns a certain way. Nice little hidden attraction. If you look up Mustang station wagon on the internet there is a red one out there that somebody built.
Turned out cool. I am a 70's child, so this style is right in my wheelhouse. I remember the van craze of the 70's, my neighbor had one with an airbrushed mural on the side of him riding his dirt bike in the desert. It was the king of the neighborhood! And like you, me and my brother used to search for Xmas presents as well. Found them on the top shelf of the hallway closet a couple times. 🙂 Ahhh, the good old days. Keep up the good work. Really hope you do another of these style vans bro. Maybe with the Purple, Orange, Yellow stripes. (Search AMT 77 Ford Van model).
The year was 1986 - the car was a 1965 Buick Skylark - the jacket was "Member's Only" - the footwear was a perfect pair of MOON BOOTS in a similar color scheme as this VAN - silver on top with midnight blue half way down. I wish I still owned both the boots but especially that Buick....
Aww yeah this hits all my marks 1rst it's a chevy 2nd its got my fav color being blue 3rd it was done by my fav restorer just awesome i love old school vans great vid as always
Å Nice van. I agree about the darknes on the stripe. Looks cool tho. Love van builds. And old stripping like that. We need more.😁 i do kinda like when å van is brown or beige, with matching ugly brown,Green or mustard stripes, og the classic red,Orange, yellow stripes. The last stripe can also go over the roof.
Here is an idea: start with the lighter color instead of the darker one, just leave the entire area that is gonna have colors unmasked. Then when that is dark enough, you "increase" the masked area (you'd probably just remask everything, but you get the concept) and then do that next tone. Rinse and repeat until the darkest tone. Still easy to mask off, but better control on how each layer will look like. Might even allow some clever color blending, maybe.
Looks awesome!! As far as paint stripper goes for me down here in the U.S I prefer B-17. It's some bad stuff. Will cause chemical burns if it gets on your skin.
the Mustang vantasic superfast is an odd car but you could make the roof flat, flair out the wheel wells way more, bigger tires in the back and change the stance so the front is much lower then the back.
awesome build my friend, I just got in my 76 Chevy Custom Van on my channel, 1/24 scale, and I'll be doing a crazy build and paint on that. It wasn't cheap to get it here in New Brunswick, but it will be fun to do. Love your video's so keep up the great work.
I'm pretty sure i've seen those vans with that type of paint job before but i think it was different tones of green and not different shades making the colours more distinguishable from each other
Just did a surch on the web. The Vantastic came in a few variants. With out the gigantic motor, with blue racing stripes. Or hood scoop/ blower with red white and blue stripes. So maybe you cool do a Canadian flag on the sides?
I think in the 1970s there was a company in baystoft California And they converted Mustangs to station wagons and some small pick up trucks And if you find any of those cars in real life those cars are really rare
Love seeing my name pop up on the spray booth cam, kind of makes a fella feel special! You have to know that my suggestions for the mustang van thing would be - another murder candy. Maybe something in blue, green, or purple this time.
Ford actually made a prototype van in the 70's that followed that pattern with different colors, the cruising van I do believe. The production version had a different pattern
Ford made a mustang station wagon that the matchbox vantastic is based off. Look up mustang station wagon especially 66' through 70'. Very interesting looking, Ford has been kicking around the idea again last couple years. Currently an electric model.
Hey there! How ya doing? That blue came through just awesome! Beadlock rims also a must. These matchbox vans are always begging for some 70's paint ideas, I've got the matchbox Scooby Doo van with plastic chassis, it's now opened up and going through some slight mods, wish me luck

I think it looks very good, far better then I could do. 👍🏼🙂

I’m enjoying it so far!
A very nice and subtle paint job. Can stare at the thing for hours. Lovely!
THE COLORS THE GLORIOUS COLORS.... Jelly of your paint collection... paint = $$$$$$$$$$ Annnnyyyhhhow another masterpiece!
Cool van! That Mustang van made me imagine Evil Kenievel and a Badass American Flag themed paint job. Jump the Grand Canyon!
Ohh I dig that idea MadMatt!
The middle stripe is like a ghost stripe it really popped out when the light hit it just right. Awesome job.👍👍🍻
Old boy cracks me up. He’s got kind of a Bob and Doug McKenzie vibe from the 80’s. It’s awesome.
Masking the tail lights worked really well; makes a difference for sure.
Excellent video as always and the van looks "pimp" but the Christmas presents in the van story... priceless! Love the channel, been watching for awhile, thought you was gone for good for a minute there. Glad you're back!
Always a good week when Diecast Resurrection drops a video
As someone that is restoring a 81 Chevy G20 I love this video. New sub
That spray booth cam format was a very clever idea.
The little orange wagon reminds me of the one in the first mad max movie
For the mustang I'd say delete the big engine and make a "what-if" version of it, as if ford ever made a production mustang wagon, maybe with a factory style paint 😁👍

Thumbs Up number #59 Nice build 😎👍🇦🇺
My buddy had a 4x4 Chevy van painted flat black with a Metallica logo painted in white on each side!
We called it the Metallivan!! Good times my friend, Good times!
For the Mustang van, a sweet ambulance, the vanbulance
Cool van! A suggestion for a future van, i would love to see the 1970s charlies angels pink van, with the big mural on the sides…
I love watching your work. On the orange car make it look like the family car in original Mad Max movie.
Thank you for giving us something decent to watch. Really love what you do.
Nice build, details and paint job 👍👍
The Mustang would be a cool Hot Rod hearse, or you could stick with the 70s love machine/boogy van theme
Van week - yes - I'll take it!
Van week sounds awesome. I cannot wait for you to do a mural side van!!
another master piece thanks for the entertainment
Go straight Mad Max with that wagon!!! It is just weird!!!
that is one sick paint job. I don't think even my glasses would help me get those straight thin lines. very skilled my friend
Awesome Awesome Awesome Awesome!!!!!!!!
I remember having this exact van as a kid
I like the way the second blue came out. You can't see it until the van turns a certain way. Nice little hidden attraction. If you look up Mustang station wagon on the internet there is a red one out there that somebody built.
I'm supposed to be asleep for my midnight shift but I can't sleep knowing there's a new video. Great work as always!!
A lot of work and time , but it looks great .
AWESOMENESSSSSSSSSSS ...........................................great work as always ...
You should do the mad max car
Definitely needed to paint that bowtie gold! I do love it though
Turned out cool. I am a 70's child, so this style is right in my wheelhouse. You need to turn that mustang wagon into the one from the original Mad max movie!!!!
You still rock just got dreamil... gonna start modelin again!!
Hiya from South Africa. Man that is one cool van dude. Love it. You stay safe
I had that van. It was from a police 5 pack. I think it had a blazer, LTD, Camero and a helicopter. Good times!
Love the work on the Chester van.
Would love to see a sick two tone on the van tastic Mustang.
You did an Amazing job
Came out sweet nice job 👍✌
Always like to see what you’ll do next. Great Job! For the vantastic maybe a pizza delivery vehicle or auto parts delivery.
I didnt know you could refill molotow pens!! Thank you so much!!!
Good story XD That is a sick paint job! Vans 4 life
Awesome paint job as always!
You do fantastic work thanks for sharing
Another wicked van!! 👍👍
I'd say go for a poison pinto paint job on the mustang, with the decals.
Basically the car equivalent of a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Awesome and outstanding work brother

Mustang Vantastic School Bus
Nice work.
You got eye for color combos!
You should do that little orange van in a Main Force Patrol scheme from Mad Max 1… yellow, blue and red. Make a cool pursuit wagon.
That vantastic looks like ute. In the 70 Australians were turning them into boogie van style campers you could do something like that to it
Nicely done.
Woot! Van week!
Sweet van custom. I have that orange Matchbox Mustang. I agree it needs something but unclear what I would do either
Nice work! Even though it may not have come out the way you intended. It's still a good lesson for all of us!
The vantastic looks like the car from the camping scene from mad max
Looks great!!
Enjoyed your video and I gave it a Thumbs Up
looks Vantastic
That is a mustang wagon I would pant it Candy chary deep dark red. Keep up the good work peace.
Like your viedo's the van turned out great
The mustang wagon thingy reminded me of the mad max wagon from the first movie.
I love these videos. I'm always glad to get the notifications to let me know of new ones!!
The Molotow refill is also airbrushable. Just to let you know. Its on their spec sheets and website. I have air brushed a ton of Molotow chrome.
Sweet build 👍🏻🔥🤘🏻

Vantastic yo!
Maybe a nice stars and stripes combo for the Mustang Wagon? That or deathmetal grey with neon green skulls.
Excellent video as usual man, say hi to Jimmy for me. Cheers🍺
Looks awesome!! As far as paint stripper goes for me down here in the U.S I prefer B-17. It's some bad stuff. Will cause chemical burns if it gets on your skin.
Cool. Maybe 70’s colors next time.
Make the orange car a Breadvan racecar. It definitely looks inspired by them.
I googled a couple 1970's mustang wagons and I think there are a couple of good helpful routes you could go.
With the Van-Tastic, make it take dark blood red with white accents
Awsome, always love a van mod. Looks fantastic 👌
Thanks! A A Ron
I love mi vans 👍🏻🇬🇧
the Mustang vantasic superfast is an odd car but you could make the roof flat, flair out the wheel wells way more, bigger tires in the back and change the stance so the front is much lower then the back.
That van is 🔥👍👊

Freakin Gorgeous!!!
That vantastic you should give it the ol, redline treatment. That’s Just this guy’s opinion.
Just did a surch on the web. The Vantastic came in a few variants. With out the gigantic motor, with blue racing stripes. Or hood scoop/ blower with red white and blue stripes. So maybe you cool do a Canadian flag on the sides?
Remember those vans that had a lens in the back that you see into? You should do one of those and make a custom scene with Jimmy!
You should try and find a late 70s Ford van and do a recreation of their shaggin' wagon that you could order in the 70s
You can always do the eagle van from Chuck Norris "Breaker Breaker"
SWAT - Or, Shoot Wildly At Things, as my late father would say, if they ever appeared in a movie on TV. 🤔😆😆😆
The Blue windows look great with the silver. ALSO, The Mustang... How about you loose the engine and turn it into a cool Hot Rod Hearse!
Hey for the vanstang, do the corvette summer paint. Mark Hammel will love you.
I think in the 1970s there was a company in baystoft California And they converted Mustangs to station wagons and some small pick up trucks And if you find any of those cars in real life those cars are really rare
Matchbox Chevy van custom classic
Love seeing my name pop up on the spray booth cam, kind of makes a fella feel special! You have to know that my suggestions for the mustang van thing would be - another murder candy. Maybe something in blue, green, or purple this time.
For the wagon put the mud bog tires from the van and try a Wire metal top rack using paper clips. DECALS FROM Jurassic Park. "Petrified Mudstang"
Ford actually made a prototype van in the 70's that followed that pattern with different colors, the cruising van I do believe. The production version had a different pattern
