The video we've all been waiting for - love it! In my mind, I thought you were running the 360 camera only. I was surprised by the insta 360 Go, and the newer X4. Great breakdown. Been a longtime listener, first time caller...figured it was time I commented. Cheering you on from afar - Go Andrew, go!
Haha yeah, for the first batch of videos I was only on the X4 but then started introducing the other cameras slowly. If someone were only able to choose between the X4 and Go3s, I'd recommend the X4 -- since the Go3s is only good in direct sunlight/daytime (and underwater but technically the X4 can also go underwater with the dive case.) Thanks Paul!
Damn, I'm trying to learn film making and cinematography for the first time ever. I'm also half-Okinawan but haven't been home in about a year. I hope you were able to eat some oishii soba! Thanks for sharing your ideas as well.
Haha I wasn't able to try that soba this time around -- but will keep an eye out for it next time I go! Also, that's so cool to hear - it's a steep learning curve at first, but a very rewarding process of learning and applying. I've learned pretty much everything I know through RUclips and picking up things as I experiment/work on passion projects. Excited for your journey and can't wait for you to begin putting out videos one day!
Keep up this journey. Love the concise story for each of your videos.
Thanks Cyrus! That’s really helpful feedback 🙌🏽
