Introducing the new DJI FPV. All FPV footage in this video was shot on the new DJI FPV drone. This was done in partnership with DJI for the launch of their new product.

There was so much that went into this project from the crazy tight deadlines to changes in music to running around an island to get a 30 minute gap of sunlight to shoot some shots before we had to seek settle in the car because of the pouring rain. So many things and people came together to make this happen. I'm thankful for the people around me that worked hard on these trips.

Honestly this should be the launch video. So far it's the only video that really got me pumped about the drone!

I rarely comment on drone videos because they all look more or less the same (not saying they are bad). If it's fpv it's all about acro a loop and roll , if it's photo drones it's landscapes and whatnot, but your video it's something soooo diferent. No super speedy loops that get boring and the landscape immersion, plus the proximity on the extreme sports... wow i could linger here highlighting all the moments you shot. What an amazing job. I never thought of getting my self an FPV because it simply doesn't cope with my sort of work, but now...

Can FPV pilots do this type of footage? I think not!
Wtf do you mean? A drone which can be customised in any way needed and supports better camera is worse than generic slow and non agile DJI FPV. You do understand that DJI FPV has worse TWR and turn rate than most FPV drones?
@@karliszauers1 sure, anything can be done, but it often isn’t. Turning doesn’t mean a good shot or good cinematography, in fact a lot of fpv stuff on RUclips is cool but not fit for a good movie.
@@SpLUrGe85 That's what cinewhoops are for. Of course heavier drone will go smoother, look at cinematic drones which carry cinematic cameras.

That's like comparing laptop/ web cameras for shooting a documentary dialogue piece - you'd still want something better than both
