I got the beta version from some website, you can just search "crash of cars apk 1.0.13". As for viewing game files, you can get started with programs like asset studio and Asset Ripper. There are tutorials on viewing the files using these programs. Sorry for the late response

I use pc programs to modify the game's files. In this video I replaced the Royal Wagon's model, and edited the game's code to spawn the train.

I use Asset Ripper and Asset Studio GUI to view the files. To edit the files I use Unity Asset Bundle Extractor (UABE). I usually also write some custom code. All of the apps are for pc, creating mods on mobile would be hard

Too complicated to fully explain it here. But basically, I use pc programs to modify the game's assets and replace the original ones with modded ones.
