I also have a recurring nightmare that doesnt have an scenario, its just black and something happens and while its painful (and it is pain what ends up waking me up) it doesn't have anything to do with my balls. Still, pretty interesting to hear someone has a similar experience, although probably more painful and terrifying than mine.

I remember I would have reoccuring dreams of my teeth being grinded by an angle grinder by someone and I was actually grinding my teeth in my sleep. It got so bad that I'd actually grind away enough tooth to get to the center allowing bacteria to get in and I had to go to the dentist for crowns a lot. Luckily I don't do that anymore but you can do some crazy stuff in your sleep without noticing it.
That is a common condition called bruxism. Apparently people do that. It's possible to inflict damage on yourself while you sleep but testicle ones isn't common enough to be known. Anyways you should get that bruxism checked out fr
I think Michael may have brain swelling, because I have taken doxycycline and then went to Accutane, and one of the things my dermatologist said is that if taken at the same time it can cause swelling of the brain, and you need a buffer in between when you stop the doxycycline and when you start the accutane so it's out of your system before starting the accutane. So maybe you should get that checked out if you have taken accutane.
Ya I agree that this could be a medical issue. Every time I hear this story I just think that sounds like your body trying to tell you something is wrong.
accutane is a horrific medicine... my friend Matt took it and it caused severe hearing damage where he got hyperacusis from it which is where you're really sensitive to sound, but he got such a severe form of it that even the sound of someone talking causes excruciating pain for him, like someone jamming pencils in his ear drums. He has to live in a room full of silence now, with hearing muffs all the time.
Another great thing they didn't tell me about. I took Accutane after Doxycycline and when I asked about weight gain side effects specifically, I was told there weren't any (stems from a med I took as a kid that made me gain LOADS of weight) and then I gained 50lbs in less than a year. THEN they tell me "Oh yeah sorey 'boot dat it causes weight gain" Also it can turn your bones green
