I use LYS products all the time 😍 She's created a great brand. Her products came out triangular shaped, so NOT trying to dupe Hourglass imo...I just added the stick to my Sephora cart 🥰
I'm so so happy you ended up liking this. I do feel there is big need for improvement of the shades if it does become more popular! Where's MG5 ?? My perfect match they have in original foundation. I didn't want to have to mix 2 so definitely will check MN5 thanks to this review 💛💛
I've not tried the hourglass stick foundation but I recently got the LYS and it blows the Tom Ford stick foundation out of the water! The TF requires a very specific application to not look cakey and dry. The LYS is thin, smooth like butter, sets down on it's own (I have normal to dry skin) but also plays well with powder, primers, setting spray, other cream products, different application methods etc. Truly the versatility I want from a stick foundation!
My mature oily T wont cooperate with dewy glow finishes , even with primer and powder (too much cakiness). Im wanting a foundation stick (or liquid) with a satin finish. I will try LYS
Have you tried the new Dior foundation stick? I would love to hear your thoughts on that one and how it compares to the Hourglass (and the LYS). I went to Sephora to get another HG stick but ended up getting the Dior. It is quite lovely on the skin and very long wearing. I need to do a side by side comparison at some point, but so far I’m really liking it. Thank you for your incredible channel-informative, yes, but also fun to watch!
I wish LYS was available in the UK, they pulled out of the UK completely for some reason so i never got to try them. I hope they come back some day, as their products seem really nice
Cult Beauty is my "go to" when I want a LYS product. Obviously there's postage, but it's usually around £4.99 - £5.50 ....... which is a 100 times better than London Loves!!!!
@@chrissymoss514 yeah they used to sell them on there but now completely gone. The old foundation is there but most shades out of stock, so I think they pulled the brand

As I could see, the Hourglass wasn't actually the right shade for you. It is too yellow! The LYS shade is PERFECT for you. It matched your neck so well and looked absolutely gorgeous 😍

I love her brand and her products. She has done such a great job. I need a good stick foundation. Can’t wait. Needed to see you today. Make me happy
I've done the same with my Hourglass foundstick... but recently got the LYS and am loving it. ❤️

it's amazingggggg
The o.g. Maybelline foundation stick has been a favorite for years. I also love the Fenty stick. I am happy to add LYS to my "go-to" products ✨️ 👍🏾
The FENTY was such a disappointment for me…
So excited. I've been waiting for this. ❤

Update? Do you like it?

I’m pretty;sure she did. I have it and love it! It’s the closest to skin I have experienced!
Looks really beautiful! 🎉

WOW...now soo excited too!!!
Thanks Maryam thanks to you I will be purchasing 😊
Wonder if TG1 would have been a better match even thought you were able to make the color work
it is, it's my perfect match actually :)
@ yeah I noticed that it did match nicely I’ll have to pick up mn5 now 😊
My problem with clean Kossa is they don’t last They smell after like 3 months.
I dont wear a lot of makeup on the daily and can't justify spending $ on "clean" if it spoils after 3 mos! I guess i need to focus on dirty makeup 😂
How does it compare to the Dior? Is this acne safe?
I wish we could get LYS in the UK. London Loves beauty has it but everything they sell is overpriced because of the customs / shipping from the US

@@chrissymoss514 if you check they don’t have LYS anymore and they only stocked a few products back then, never had the concealer or bronzer stick
i think the Lys stick matches your neck more than your go to stick
I can totally relate to saving my Hourglass stick foundation for certain things 🤣 I have also had mine for at least 2 years hahahah!
Did you try the Sephora skin tint yet? Also its tuesday where is the tirtir review? Signed by your biggest fan also shade twin 💋
I did just get it in the mail, but I haven't reviewed it yet. Once I'm back from traveling, I will get on it!!

it blends out perfectly, not too yellow, the LYS is a pinch light, but it also works

I have zero beauty filter on. I don’t use them at all in any of my reviews
