You can not actually has most prediction softwares behaves more or less same for all subs, and low frequencies are hard to render on such softwares to align them perfectly with tops. Whereas physical placement can be done more or less with keeping a reference mic point on the plot and accessing the time response window and delaying the necessary speaker so it matches your reference speaker from a particular point where the ref mic is placed on plot
