i have been somewhat purposefully not engaging myself in anything professional (but here and there) for the past 2.5 years because of burnt out from postgrad & my life thus far. i think there's a massive merit in being able to live without "doing what normal people do" and i do worry about missing out and/or wasting time, but i'd rather be an old person who lived a purposeful, meaningful life than an old person with regret because i did what everyone else did. good luck with your journey!
Love this and totally agree! Lots of my 2-3 has been “non traditional” and I’m def open also open to cool new opportunities - def trying to keep an open mind :)
