I know y'all are used to just buying a new car nowadays and go run 9's-10's. It's awesome really. Why aren't people building mustangs cause you'd think it would make same HP but weigh less. I know it's not 4 wheel drive but mustang comes with pretty good suspension. Thanks for sharing 👍
There’s a lot of Coyote Mustangs running this kind of power but… 1) IRS on the Mustangs vs solid axle rear on F-150 2) Engine bay on Mustangs is tight, especially comparatively 3) Not a huge weight difference. Mustang GTs are 3,900 vs 4,300 on the RCSB F-150

Cooling is everything…. Just the way I’d do it… oil coolers, trans coolers, good lines, routing and size. All leading to better reliability and results.

Im saving up for a blower for my 20' . Got down to 13.49 with a tune. Impressive. It might not be as nice inside as tge ram. But its a really nice truck, even if QC is lacking in some areas.

And Coyotes can rev just as high with right tuning. Also, the key to the Voodoo sound is the unequal length headers from the factory, they essentially copied Subaru. The GT350 looks good tho.

Great build. I have a 2wd with a Coyote Roush supercharged. Rated at 700 hp. Can you recommend a rear-end gear ratio wth the 10 speed automatic. I'm looking to do some 1/4 mile racing
That's impressive, but I'm wondering what octane you're having to run to push the boost that far. I'm making 826 hp w/810 ft-lbs of torque n/a on pump gas in a '78 C10. I don't have to stop and tune or put special fuel in it to access that power on demand. You also might factor in longevity. At those kinds of cylinder temps and pressures, my guess is that time between wrench time would be pretty low. The term 'streetable' means a lot of different things to different people.
Wrong. Midnight still has the 10R80 numbers. RSA makes a great trans and maybe has not been behind a more powerful coyote yet but Midnight still has record in a 10R

As sick as the build is and finally now ford has a motor in US that isnt total trash or didnt come from euro emgineering. The 6 cylinder barras been making these numbers for years overseas so to me the barra is still a way color motor and more impressive.

If it’s measured from the tires or the hubs then it has already had a parasitic loss. Engine probably makes closer to 2k.

It comes with a detuned gen3 coyote. You have to get a couple new parts, tune it and you got a pretty quick vehicle.
What was the whole cost of that whole bill plus the truck?
