The fact that Chelsea even have the chance to get top 6 with the season we’ve had is pretty incredible. The young lads are grinding and as a Chelsea fan I can appreciate it even though it’s not the Chelsea we are accustomed to.
Nico Jackson is finally finding his form and 13 goals in your 1st premeir league season is impressive. Palmer and Gusto have been stars for us all year. If we can grt Nkunku healthy and in that starting lineup next year I think they can go top 4
It’s a new Chelsea, our fan base has been used to focusing on the now with Roman. The way players are developing makes me realize we might be a power house in a few years.
100% you can see Chelsea improve whilst united seem stuck in the mud
So many injuries, so many new signings, new manager…if we can get top 6 it’d be a HUGE accomplishment.
Gods these man’s hatred of Chelsea is mad
This aged well didn't it , Stevie ? What a muppet , don't laugh at Chelsea
Chelsea did their best with what they have
That's the best 1 billion can do yes
@JavyMatic if everyone overpriced players then that's what you got to spend
Yeah, spent a billion to bottled it.. great investment
@@edu1113 bottled what clown . Nobody expected Chelsea to do anything this season
It’s the most goals they’ve ever conceded in a PL season
We got the duo Galagher -Caicedo in the double pivot for the rest of the season and that combo is literally transforming the team for good( Everton, Villa, Spurs) so 6th place is quite within reach.
Caicedo and Cucu are literally shining with Connor instead of Enzo there and the whole squad has balance and actually playing as a team.
The problem is not Enzo and Caicedo together, is Galagher as AM. Galagher plays well in the CM position.
Marco Reus has been a loyal servant at Borussia Dortmund and has been committed to this football club for most of his career even though he’s seen many of his teammates come and go. He’s a very good player who has an eye for goals incredible technique and playmaking abilities as well but from a career perspective he’s been unlucky and has had some bad luck and at times you have to feel for him.
He’s been one of the best players in the Bundesliga in the last decade, yet he’s never won a league title. Some people will say that “he won the league”, but he rejoined Borussia Dortmund the season after they won the Bundesliga, he wasn’t part of that title winning team in the 2011-12 season. He spent most of his prime years watching Bayern Munich dominate the league for a decade and when they were off color, his best chance of winning a league title was last season and it was in their hands, had one of the biggest choke jobs I’ve ever seen from a team and didn’t win the title. This season, Bayern Munich’s dominance in the Bundesliga has finally ended, but Bayer Leverkusen won the title, Dortmund finished 5th. Not to mention that he’s lost some major finals and he lost the champions league final in his debut season at Dortmund. He’s also struggled with injuries throughout his career which stopped him from reaching his true potential and it was a shame to see because he’s a phenomenal player. He’s also been unlucky even with the national team as well. In 2014, he was called up to the Germany squad for the World Cup only for him to get injured days before the tournament. Guess what happened after, Germany won the World Cup and he missed out on it. He’s also missed a lot of international competitions for his country. When he was finally fit enough to play a major tournament for Germany, it was at the 2018 World Cup where they got knocked out of the group stages. Potentially his last ever game as a Borussia Dortmund player could be the champions league final at Wembley where he’ll be looking to end his Dortmund career on a high by winning the champions league in a stadium where he lost the final 11 years ago. He’s had so much bad luck in his career and hopefully it doesn’t strike again in the UCL, because for a talented player, he’s been through a lot. He has a chance to win the champions league this season, if he doesn’t, let this sync in, he’ll end his career at Borussia Dortmund without winning the Bundesliga at least once. He’s one of those “what if players” in a sense that would he have won more trophies like league titles and champions league if he left Dortmund just like his ex and current teammates and how far could his career have been without injuries.
You sound like a pundit, you should try having a go at that..
You almost wrote a book😂
Man went in a tangent
I enjoyed reading this. Lewandovski is indeed awesome
Are you his wife?
I'd bring back the rule of clear space between attacker and defender in the offside rule
Physicality of MLS 🤣🤣🤣
Had me in tears bruh😂😭🇳🇬
What a joke
I believe it all about Determination
Chelsea is now 7th and Man und just got thrashed
Steve nicol hold that🤫
This aged well, Chelsea on 6th now!!
This is hilarious. Just heard the pundit say Frankfurt would beat Leverkusen. Lol. Leverkusen is leading 4-1 now.
Leverkusen 5-1 Frankfurt Full-Time 😂😂
Chelsea’s last 4 games of the premier league season is against Bournemouth West Ham Brighton and Nottingham Forest. If they can win 3 out of their last 4 games, they should be able to finish in the top 6 or get a European spot for next season. For most of the season, they were in the bottom half of the table every time they won a game, they would stay in 10th or 11th place and there was this feeling that Pochettino’s job wasn’t secure and safe but now Chelsea are back in the top half of the table as they find themselves in 8th place right now. They recently beat Tottenham 2-0 at home which extended their excellent run against them at Stamford Bridge meaning that they’re a couple of points off of a European spot. It’s no guarantee that they finish in the top 6 even though they should it’s simply because Chelsea aren’t reliable and they’ve had moments of inconsistency.
In one game they’re playing brilliant football which is a sign of how good they’ll truly be when everything clicks into gear, other games they look good, but don’t sustain a high level of play and this has caused them to drop points against in the bottom. They’ve spent so much money, as I’ve said before, since they already got to the FA Cup semifinals and Carabao Cup final, if Chelsea finishes in the top 6 in the premier league or even 7th, that would be seen as an improvement considering the fact that they finished in 12th place last season and have had to deal so many injuries in the last 18 months. This is something that Chelsea fans would’ve been happy with at the start of the season getting into the European positions and if that happens, you have to keep trusting the process as Boehly shouldn’t even think about sacking Pochettino this summer even if they’ve been linked with several managers as many Chelsea fans want Jose Mourinho back and that’s for another conversation. Success doesn’t happen overnight and even during their low points, he’s managed to keep his job because Boehly probably knows the potential risk of sacking him. Depending on how their season ends, they have to continue backing Pochettino to make this project fully click even if he’s not the right manager for them in the long run, they’ve shown signs of improvement even if it doesn’t always reflect in the table and I personally think that Chelsea will be an elite club again in the future and building on the short term results getting back to playing European football challenging for the top 4 returning to the champions league combined with backing the manager and being patient only a matter of time before they’re title contenders again in the premier league.
I believe Poch can get us top 4 next season
Bro why would you type all of this

The only rule change actually clearly benefited the game is the back pass rule - stevie mentions killing the game off but was far easier then as would pass back to gk who picks up rolls to defender who passes back and so on now defenders have to either play out or hoof it upfield meaning better to try to score more than sit back
I would like a rule, how long the ref can use on VAR per game. Seeing to many incidents, where they take 2 min to see if there is a foul. Or an offside.
Watch out for this team next year!
I really don't think we'll pass,Untied. We've doing this for a,while. Everytime they drop points, we do too. But I hope it comes true. We'll,wait and see.
Compare our run-in with theirs. Common now, we will catch them bruv
Same opinion but would be delighted if we do.
Smashed West ham and utd losing 4-0 right now 😂😂
Out of Chelsea, United and Newcastle… I got Chelsea to finish 6 if they keep putting away their chances.
😂 Newcastle is a safe bet
I agree with Jan here, Chelsea may not get 6th but they'll finish above United
@@Bigcrooksare you still laughing?
We need to replace Coleman
“The phisicality of the MLS” ? Really? 😂😂😂😂
I see Chelsea finishing in 5th
Where is kay
Who would tell Jan that Leverkusen scared 5 against Frankfurt
With all the attacking talent that Eintracht possesses in their roster at the moment, they would have probably ended up winning the Bundesliga as well if Xabi Alonso was in charge.
This man really hates Chelsea, man should take care of his health than hating
I really think Chelsea will finish 6/7 this season,of the midfield pair of caisedo n conor.if Stanley get back things will improve more, our defense has improved a little bit
Actually stranger things have happened
Man United can literally lose all the rest of their games Newcastle plays United as well in those games so Id say 20% maybe
Well out of those 3 (Chelsea, ManU and Newcastle) teams... I am not even sure, which one is most likely to get 12 points... of course ManU vs Newcastle means at least one of them will drop points. I am not betting my money that Chelsea is getting 12 points though.... I would say based on opponents... it would look like that, but Chelsea is not consistent.
I think interesting thing is Spurs that is playing Pool/City and Burnley/Sheffield so most would think they drop 6 points, but they could drop more than that.
Spurs can lose all their games. Problem is chelsea gotta win all to have a skim chance at 5th and must win at least 3 to have a chance at 6th. Chelsea are too inconsistent.
Yan yes will
*Bring back away goals
*Reduce var iinvolvements
Away goals are bullocks
Away goals is nonsense
So you basically saying the Bayern tie is over?? That's nonsense now we have another game back at 0 0
Chelsea should try and win the remaining matches and wait for others because nothing is in their hands.
Doing their part is the only way. Not only should they be waiting for Man Utd to drop points, Newcastle is also in the cards.
One of Man Utd or Newcastle could drop more points.
I think united and Newcastle play against each other as well
The fact steve dont know chelsea are on 3 game winningbstreak is just sooo unprofessional
Steve just hates Chelsea. I am not sure that much hate is acceptable for a professional pundit.
The bar was lowered from Top 4 huh?
That’s what happens when a clueless owner buys the club
Reus struggled getting a driver’s license. Not sure if he can order a pizza if he moved to the US. Still, great footballer.
They Definitely finishing above Man Utd! 😂😂😂
Hi, how are you? 😂😂
may not happen, but hope Marco Reus goes to Inter Milan - less physical league, free transfer, have a great chance of winning the serie a again next year, would be his 1st league title!!!👍
He won the bundesliga with BvB under Klopp
Physicality of mls ? Is it that physical ?
A mixture of physicality and sloppiness (lower skill level) puts a little more emphasis on good physical conditioning. Injury prone players not recommended.
Not as tactically or skillfully adept, so they make it up with physicality. Just look at all the other sports in America.
I wonder how Stevie feels now? His statement didn’t age well
Time wasting by goalkeepers, indirect free-kick in the penalty area.
This needs upvotes
until we lift silverware, every season is a failure
Well that's a stupid take
actually ucl title or prem title. we lose every fa cup or league cup final, so winning one of those after all those failures won't feel like success.
@@limofootballanother stupid take
@@Bolu-mg2kiplease stop watching football or atleast dont support chelsea.. if u want trophies,go support psg or bayern.. they will win something every season.. chelsea is a project.. what we expect is to build the team to compete every trophy in 3-5 years over every season.. these players are young and they might need time to cope with the pressure of being in the top with a bit more experience.. let them cook.. either wait patiently till they finish,or leave.. dont ask them to do it quickly.. they will mess up everything
@@Todd_Bohely(yawns) aren't you the impatient one ? This season is a stepping stone for our squad it's can only go up from here now
Jan ranting over refereeing 🤣
Jan 😂😂 reminds me of Fortune teller Joke
Joke: Once plane full of passengers engine failed everyone crying and screaming… Fortune teller told everyone we all going to be fine and plane will land safely his wife said why are you lying He told his wife shut up… after some time Fortunately For plane…. Everyone praised Him and got his number for personal consultation…. He told his wife why where you tell me to stop… Look now everyone praising me if we died no one would have blamed me anyways…. That is Jan If Frankfort wins see I told yeah and if the lose Other Team has not lost and bla bla bla …. 😂😂👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Well done Jan
Definitely top 8, there is still a little chance to be in top 6 if Chelsea win all their remaining games.
Leverkusen won against Francfort 😅
Brave man whilst united got thumped by palace
Stevie Nichol is such a Chelsea hater. What forfeit will he perform if Chelsea DO manage to finish 6th? Why doesn’t he put his money where his mouth is? And What happened to the treble that his team were going to win a month ago? ROFL
Stv has old idea
Please stop bringing back Seb..
Are you Burley's abandoned son ?
😂😂😂
Chelsea win out
Man U lose/draw to Arsenal
Man U beat Newcastle
Bonus: Spurs lose to Man City and Burnley and Chelsea finish 5th.
chelsea losing 3-0 to west ham lets be honest LMAO
😂😂😂😂 2-1
I'm Chelsea fan, but is highly possible. They can't be trusted.
That’s over the top but I get your point we are inconsistent
This didn't age well bro, Chelsea is up 3-0 right now vs West Ham

Physicality of mls 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Is Nicol drunk?
Stevie is so bias man
Stevie too old get him off he doesn’t even know what he’s talking about 😂😂
Steve Nicol is the worst pundit to ever exist. Zero ball knowledge.
A legend for Liverpool, just not a very good sports pundit! 😄👍
Can you guys get Stevie a lower seat, he's out here swinging his feet around looking like humpty dumpty
You could say the same about Man u....but its not as fun as trashing chelsea, is what the old man in the black suit is tryna say
Spending 1 billion winning nothing and praying for a Europa league finish is unreal what a failure
Judge Chelsea next season not this
Spent 80% to 90% on potential and very young players that need further development. Others are kids that play for U21 too.Let's always get the context right.
judge us in 5 years, not 1
keep bringing up the gross number as if we didn't lose and sell 600 mil worth of players within that time period with more sales this summer
sell Enzo
MLS is rubbish. My grandad can play there, Lol.
Proud man 😂😂😂
The traditionalists will hate it but why do we have an offside rule? It’s wasting soo much play time, ruining the joy and celebration of goals so why not get rid of it like in field hockey?
If it's too close should be play on. Would make it more entertaining that's for sure
Top 6,🍼,not even that, .. 🎪 Circus position 8th or 9th 🎪
Says a loser united fab
Nah bro this guy is arsenal no other fan base hats on Chelsea like that
Go play with your little weiner boy 😂😂😂😂
Leverkusen will lose 😂
Stevie is a joke of a pundit.
EPL is not the best league ,ill go spain and Germany above for a long time 🙄
