Date and location:
19th June 2017 Sweden, Stockholm, Ymervägen, Djursholm (around 20 min from downtown Stockholm).
How much does it costs?
Each square meter of this asphalt coast more than $1500 because of it's very high quality and durability, (maintenance not including).
This type of asphalt will last for at least 5 years. During winter the sidewalk and ground temperature drops below -25 C, covered by snow ans ice.
The asphalt that they use is a combination of several different types of different smal stones and hot tar.
The use two layer of asphalt. Each layer is 4 cm.

Sidewalk in Albania aren't made with asphalt, but with "tiles". Even in the suburbs

Wrong asphalt. Needed to be type 1 and the crusher run or ABC base needed to be roller (3.5T) compacted and wet up to 20%. That way it helps keep the asphalt compacting smoother and gives a tennis court surface. The more aggregate exposed, the more prone to ice fracture and salt damage.

Thats absurd 1000 for sq. Meter high quality asphalt my ass for min of 5 yrs. With a paver as side walk for winter's with -13 f ain't shit somebody way over paid
