Happy Sunday, Karla! We purchased tickets for the Johnny Cash museum and hideaway farm, and the owners were so kind and gracious to show us another restoration project that they have been working on to preserve artifacts from important pieces of Elvis’s history from Madison, Tennessee. They are great people, very knowledgeable of Johnny Cash and Elvis history, and we are appreciative of their hard work in preserving and sharing music history that you can see and touch in-person. Thank you so much for checking out this video! We continue to keep your family in our prayers, and we hope that y’all are having a blessed weekend!
Wow i loved this video, so interesting to see some of the things that johnny appreciated in life...he was one of the greatest country singers in my opinion- him waylon and hank jr..this new country cant really compare to the classics..thanks a bunch for taking us there to also enjoy it...safe travels...❤🎸🎸🙏🌻
What a exciting place to visit today it look like alot of history of johnny cash we didn't know about have a fantastic week sending tons of hugs support paw power and ❤❤❤😊
Wow! So much info that I had never heard about. I had no idea about this farm, how he was ripped off by his accountant, and I had no idea that there was a car to go along with the song. My parents sang that song a lot..lol. So much so that I can sit right here this morning and sing the entire thing..lol. Love the jukebox! I think I have mentioned to ya'll that the cabin we always try to stay in at Oak Haven Resort in Sevierville has an awesome jukebox in it. We love it! So much country music history in this video...with some Elvis too! I don't know if ya'll like Elvis, but If I lived closer, I would love to go to Elvis week. My mom and Elvis were born on the same day, same year. She is still with us at 89 years old. Hard to imagine what Elvis would look like now at 89. Really enjoyed this video!! Thanks for taking us along! Hope ya'll have a great week ahead and God bless!
You guys made a great video on this. We enjoyed seeing the items and hearing the way you presented it. Loved Johnny Cash and all the Sun Record artists. Cool you got to sit in his chair😎😎
Brent, really enjoyed your video on Johnny Cash and his hideaway farm. He was 5 yrs older than my Daddy. Today would've been my Daddy's 87th birthday. Loved Johnny Cash and his song "Ghost Riders In The Sky" and my favorite song! That's really cool seeing his house and the car and those things of Elvis's. Thank you for taking me along with y'all! Love y'all and God Bless!❤
Wow what a great video topic. I really like Johnny Cash and his music. We had no idea about this property so we are glad you all shared this with us. We have a video on our channel that I was able to go on stage at skyland Ranch and sing a Johnny Cash song. It was on Mother’s Day at Skyland Ranch. Thank you all so much for this video.
Brent, first off, that's a great cap, man. I'd like to get me one to match my Shady Rays. 😎💪🏾 Fun historical walk through the remnants of a true American legend. "I'm Johnny Cash...🎙🎸🖤 Have a blessed day, fam.
Very interesting! It was nice of the family to allow you in the areas that are private. That was a fun time in America, back then. So many went to Nashville and Hollywood and did amazing things, from just humble beginnings and small towns. Thanks for sharing!
It looked like the autograph might have been Slim Jim Phantom from the Stray Cats. I remember seeing on the news about the Col Parker house/ office in Madison being scheduled for demolition demolition, guess this was the same one? I knew Johnny had this farm out in Lyles, thanks so much for the tour. 🌞
Now you need to head back to Franklin, KY, and go to the square. You all have been there before, when you did the video at The Colorado Grill. Johnny, and June Carter were married at the Church that's directly across from the courthouse.
Great video guys…by the way, J & B in the Hills mentioned you Brent and Jennifer in their latest Tudor’s video today.
Let's rock and roll... those biscuits looked mighty good. I'd like to try that Blackberry one on the poster 😋
You are very fortunate to have been invited to that farm. Johnny cash was one of a kind. Happy Sunday to you and your family 😊.
