Thank you! I'm excited for it!
Thanks for the review! Huge work has been done! It is Kavaca Instant-Healing, isn’t it?
If so, then this is an unfair comparison! Kavaca IH is a type of PPF with no top-coat; it's just soft film, and that's why it has a self-healing property without any additional actions; because it is very soft. If you try, let's say, Kavaca Ceramic Coated (hard topcoat PPF) like any other PPF on your video, I believe it will be the winner!
It is the instant self-healing PPF. It is not an unfair comparison. Why would they sell something like that if that was the case? It has performed poorly in pretty much every test.
Awesome video and update Scott
Great video
Could you please test some PPF polishing product like Gyeon PPF Renew on this hood?
That's the plan soon!
Another gem Scott. Would you consider doing a series on waterproofing/fading on fabric? I do a few convertibles with fabric tops and want to know which product provides the best bang for the dollar. In my opinion, you see fewer cloth seats in vehicles, but they still need attention. Products like RaggTopp, 303 Fabric Guard, Scotch Guard all have merit...but which one out performs the rest?
It's something I will consider doing. I have two more ceramic coating and Graphene products tests starting May 1, then my focus will be this glass/windshield coatings test, and then I believe I am going to work on interior products for awhile, but I will definitely put that on the long list!
Hi Scott. Will you ever consider doing similar tests for glass protestants... not so much the ceramic, but spray on, wipe off?
Haha...YES! I've been planning and working on a test since September 2020 and have about 30 products on hand to test!
Test the New Suntek Film also do a Ceramic coating on PPF Test.
Informative as always, Thank You...GREATINGS from Poland 🏝🍹🏝...will you include Turtle Wax graphine lineup in your future tests?...what do you think about that line?
Yes absolutely. Stay tuned for my test starting on 1 May. Two tests actually... More than 65 different products and all of the turtle wax Graphene products are in there.
@@ScottHD Thank You
Hey about to get my black car covered with Ppf coat. My options here are llumar xpel stek and hexis. Pls advise on which is the best all rounder. Thanks
If you are wanting gloss, XPEL. Clarity, STEK, and stain/bug resistance Hexis.
Hexis seems to do everything well though.
So hexis is a safe all rounder I suppose 😊
Any suggestions for getting clay bar gunk out of the edges where paint protection film edges meet the paint?
Yes... A damp microfiber towel with some Detail spray on it usually does the trick.
@@ScottHD Thanks. I'll give it a try.
could you do some test on equipment like polishers and such but on ones that are on the cheap side that beginner would love to get and could actually get spta polishers something like that would love to see that and your content is super good love it
I've done a few on the harbor freight polishers!
Hi, Scott! 👋
How are those *Elcometer forehead readings coming along? I'm guessing extra glossy as the day wears on and your skin releases more oils 🛢 lol
I'm about to watch this, but first some questions:
1) When will part 1 of glass coatings be posted?
2) I noticed my recommendation (comment) on that video for a suggestion was nowhere to be found after posting it a couple weeks ago. And I remember you either liked or "hearted" it. I had recommended Pinnacle Glass Coat. Do you find comments disappear occasionally - another RUclips conundrum?
I have noticed that with the comments. I'll go back to look and they aren't there.
Glass coatings I'm finalizing the building of the rig. I had planned on originally starting it sooner, but had several delays with products and the rig I built had some issues... I'm going to put out a video here in about 2 weeks asking for what all you want me to test for the glass products (other than wiper test and longevity)
You knew I was joking about the Heinz thing during the water spot test right? lol
Haha

Ha!
