Very helpful Insight and I learn a LOT. Can I get the Dataset so as to tag along with you?

i believe that if you search microsoft.com site, they still have all of our original datasets available for download. We are currently putting a face lift on all of them and once that's done we will publish them on our site www.obvience.com

We will eventually.. this dataset is a result of literally hundreds of hours work for our team, so we would have to sort out how to recover at least some of that investment before we make it public. We may have to make it available through our workshops and classes first, but who knows, it’s not beyond the realm of possibilities for us to change our mind :)

Forget about Fabric. It is meant for companies like Coca-Cola, Boeing and the like giants. It is not for ordinary users/developers.

I strongly disagree, Fabric has a lot going for it. However, lots of things will have to get worked out before it becomes mainstream, but the same was true for Power BI when it came out first.

I use Premium per User which has access to Fabric but not CoPilot. PPU doesn’t break the bank and everything you need to learn the platform is available within basic PBI anyway.

@@Acheiropoietos Don't you have to have Fabric to be able to use Copilot?

@@1yyymmmddd My understanding is you need Premium per Capacity licensing, which is very expensive. I can use Fabric with my Premium per User licence but not Copilot. I subscribe to ChatGPT anyway and have created my own Power BI GPT.

@@Acheiropoietos I agree that it's probably the best license to get the most of PowerBI, however, it does not give you copilot in Power BI desktop
