I love the format with the prices and age. I also understand the extra effort involved and I hope this video gets 10,000+ likes! This was definitely a day that could make somebody's whole year as a creek walker! That jug was just unbelievable! I'm a creek walking freak and have been for YEARS. I've found lots of big jug fragments... but NEVER a full jug in a creek. Never. If nothing else maybe once in a while you could do a standalone type video and show some bottles found previously after cleaning and they have been researched etc. Id like to see some examples of the broken bottles turned into drinking glasses etc.I'd watch those videos for sure. I am a collector at heart and while I do sell my finds at times, most items go straight into my personal collection. I always research deeply and try to find a price for things I find... just for my own knowledge. My wife always says, " you tell me this and that are worth this and that amount of dollars, but you never sell any of it?" Its because I like to know what I have and what worit's worth, whether it's for sale or not Haha! Im a research hound, but I like to keep up with the values of my items as well. I like seeing the prices and dates because I like the deeper story and info behind the find. Though the act of finding is obviously the best part by far! We will see I reckon. I hope there are as many people who think like me as it takes to get some more info like this on your finds. If this hutch is still available(or very recently sold), maybe you can post/send me the item # so I might bid and also follow you on ebay? That was a savage creek walk, my friend. I've been searching for 20 years to find a whole jug, crock or stoneware piece. Everything I've found to date has been broken - some really old stoneware too. Anyway, love the vids and keep them coming.

My last good bottle digs was the Spring of '19. This being true when 100% of Hawaiian bottles were broken. Codds, round bottom Hutchs, 3x L.A. Codds too. Lots of disposable Chinese pottery and mainland meds. About a block away from the 1842 Pohukaina School, so lots of master inks. My first "Whole" Hawaiian whiskey. An applied top Peacock about 1/8 of the lower rim broke. Hock wines and Irish whiskeys, slick. A big slick amber pumpkinseed with the glass stopper, cork liner disintegrated in air. Very little nonferrous & iron scrap. Screened a bit, not much that way, "Opiums", buttons, 2x broken jade bracelets. A slick quart chemical is just a beautiful color. A 6 oz. Wieland beer and a very caseworn Buffalo quart, a beautiful slick relish, blue applied top. Lots of Lea& Perrins and "Stephens Son & Co Goucester, crude app'd tops, two sizes for the British sauces. Scores of stoneware ginger beers. From context this was clearly 1893, nothing newer, that being the year Crystal & Tahiti Lemonade merged. Had fun on the rail lot. Wore overalls & a hardhat, but knew time was limited as overlooked by apartment/condos, so busybodies would catch on. 2 solid mos.
