I LOVE BM3. Coming from Reason, it was such an easy transition. Love that I can cook up anywhere. Made some of my best beats, during my lunch break or waiting for one of my children to get off work.
I use FL Studio mainly now. But every now and then I use BeatMaker 3. I use my iPad and BeatMaker 3 when I'm on the go and feeling creative. I started with BM3 and really recommend it to others.
@@brown3460 fr they made BeatMaker 2 on the iPhone. Why not make a version of BeatMaker 3 for iPhone? They’d get more sales by extending their audience. And you always have your iPhone on you, sometimes you don’t have your iPad or don’t own one. And having beatmaker 3 on you, always in your pocket would be great to jot down a quick idea for later or make a whole beat lol.
MPC/ iOS gang! I love autosampling my iOS plugins into my MPC and also using IK multimedia’s MixBox as an effects rack for sends and returns for my Beats I make on my MP with my Zoom H6! Can’t beat the value and portability! I’m also trying to incorporate AUM into my work flow… but I’m still learning it. Appreciate all the gems you drop here on the channel!

Great Video Bolo! I Just finished my very first song ever called ☆Between Stars☆ exclusively on Beatmaker 3. I totally agree that beatmaker 3 is incredible! And honestly you sir are one of the reasons I learned so quickly..so thank you! I will say the only issue I had was my d1 synth was buggy and some of the midi notes kept dissapearing. But I was pre warned about that so it didnt surprise me..Other than that BM3 is awesome and I'm so glad your still banging out tracks on it. Look forward to more BM3 content

Thanks for sharing your perspective - very insightful. I’m still a novice with BM3 but I’ve used a half-dozen iOS samplers and Logic/Mac has been my strength for 20+ years. It’s a bold statement to say BM3 sampler is the best, but it’s encouraging me to use it more and become an expert. I’m having a tough time believing an iOS sampler is more capable than a MacOS based application.

BM3 need to get the Global MIDI Mapping on the mixer section. I hate having to break the workflow to switch to the mixer view when I have a nanoKontrol Studio sitting right next to the iPad. That's the only thing I have seen they missed. Everything else is great.

Hey Bolo I’ve came across the click problem sometimes when chopping. Set the attack to 4 seconds and it goes away without cutting out the beginning of the sample. Love the videos. 💪🏾
I am using hardware synth is there any way to change MSB & LSB with beat maker 3? I use mpc1000 with my motif and I am able to change MSB & LSB from mpc so that way i can easily save all my projects inside the mpc. Is that possible with beat maker 3 o other app such as cubasis 3?
Wish the developers sold this to a company like Ableton or someone who would pay to maintain it. I would say AKAI, but we've seen how involved they get with their iOS apps....
Certain VST's might cause it to crash. Also check your Latency in the Settings. You might need to increase it depending on which iPad you have. I have an iPad Pro with 6gb of RAM and 1 TB storage. BM3 is rock solid on it.

BeatMaker 3 is hella slept on I used BeatMaker 1 and 2 on my iPod touch which was my first DAW when I started making music.
