Yeah it felt like it. Almost like playoffs at Staples Center. Where the entire crowd stands up when waiting for a shot to be made by their team. Ahhhhh it was aweosme!

grew up watching ginebra during the jaworski era in the '90s.. it's the "golden years" of the pba and ginebra.. not because ginebra won a lot of championships but because of how passionate the fans were.. every arena is full up to the rafters even if they play against the least popular team.. even if ginebra is at the cellar dweller.. ginebra is always the underdog and fans love watching them comeback and win the game even 20 points down or more and that's were they got the never say die slogan.. the mark caguioa era is also a good one.. caguioa inherited jaworski's never say die mantra..
but unfortunately the PBA is on its way down.. even if ginebra plays in the finals they can't fill the bigger arenas here in metro manila.. they are still the most popular team but fan support is not that intense anymore.. i miss the how passionate the fans are.. even if ginebra is at the bottom and playing against the #1 teams fans always expect supported ginebra and actually expected them to beat everyone.. fans love it when ginebra is down because they know they will attempt a comeback and that makes the game more exciting..
Where's GP? He missed the Thrilla in Manila game... Ginebra , Never say die! Love seeing you Momduty, Nia and Knox cheering so hard for Maverick, of course the cousin Dadduty too... Love you guys🤩
