      Try to massage over the point GB2, to see if the pinching pain will go away. It could be the indication of a variety issues, a few is mentioned in the video.

    Hello Dear LuChin!!! Hope you had a great holiday! Great pressure point technique, I feel the ringing has lessened in my ears. My sinuses have opened up , so I can breathe better and my jaw feels better from my TMJ. Fantastic! Also I'm still at 7 minutes on the Zhan Zhaung but I'm trying! I won't let you down Luchin :) .       Dear J, happy holidays! So glad you’re using those pressure points and they are helping. You are keeping on Zhan Zhuang, that is fantastic! You are going to realize more and more benefits. I can comfortably Zhan Zhuang for up to 20 minutes now. from that point on to 40 minutes, different part my body acts up, it truly become an endurance exercise to stay comfortable 😆

So my blood pressure is normal, first time in a decade, and my sugar levels are low and my cholesterol levels are very low! I was asking myself how could this be but it all makes sense!!! Since I've been watching your videos, I'm a testament and living proof that you are guiding me to a holistic better life, So I thank you with all my heart and soul :)

      I agree about gluten, starch and refined sugars- these can cause hyperacidity and inflammation, yet I don't believe in all or nothing diets unless its a mindful choice. fruit/greens are good because it has water/fiber/nutrients/enzymes. humans taxonomy is frugivores, yet our ancestors didn't have similar challenges as we do today
