You can do Hubs, Ports and Forsaken Rally Points with this Cyclone fit. In the video I do a Sansha Hub and make around 36 mil per hour not including loot and salvage which may add 5-10 mil ISK more to your profits.
The tactic is to orbit a structure at the center of the site at 20km with afterburner on. Remember to turn on your shield booster and hardeners also. Then just attack the NPCs. Clear the sentry towers and small ships first, like frigates and cruisers. If you encounter elite frigates, maybe change to precision ammo if you can use T2 ammo. Only launch your drones once close to the spawn, and pull your drones if they get attacked.
The fit below is optimized for EM/thermal damage in Sansha space. To fly it in other areas, just change the missiles, drones and resistance modules.

To fix the drone agro on drone boats, fit a gun even if it's just a civilian one and an auto-targeter.
You need to make your ship not look harmless. You don't have to activate the gun or the auto-targeter. If they still agro your drones, dock up and leave your ship and get back in. Hope that helps.
I have a soft spot for the Cyclone as it was my first ship I used for ratting when I first went to nullsec.
It's not a bad ship. Very versatile due to it not being locked to a single damage type.
what about the praxis as first ratting ship? CCP gives it out for free from time to time and it is still cheap on market for a battleship. You can also use auto target missiles to make it more chill and semi-afk ratting and maybe use sentry drones (less dps but they get less targeted). i simulated a fit; 1k dps + mid slots and rigs for dps,tank or guidance computer
Should work better than a Heavy Missile Cyclone.

Good idea I might test out the Praxis and make a video about it. Although it costs more than twice as much as the Cyclone and is slower, and then half your DPS is in heavy drones or sentries which could get mauled by the elite frigates.

Yep you need to work on your missile skills.
I'm curious how the fit would look if you didn't use the afterburner. looks like you have more than enough tank. after all the afterburn is only really making the BS npc's miss shots. can just target the BS first. no afterburner means less mod slots wasted on capacitor modules and replaced with tank and/or damage. why not gang links ?
If you unequip the drone link augmentor you can fit a shield command burst even without removing the AB and it's still cap stable. Personally I like having the AB so that you can move around the site faster, but you are right it might work without it as well.
