Can’t wait to get back to Japan. Dad was stationed at Yokota and we lived off base. Lived there for 11 years and I miss it and my friends.
I loved living in Japan.
" I'm the loudest, most trashiest person here!" 🤣 I bout spit my coffee!!😂
Steer clear of North Korea, and watch your back in the PRC
I’m glad we are now allied with Japan.
Going to be good
On that factory tour I didn’t see one person driving a Forktruck over all the welding cables amazing how easy it is
Curious how much research you did before going to Japan?
Their many 7-11 convenience stores are everywhere and are far better than most any in the USA. They usually sell higher quality food too. As you noted, Tokyo and many parts of Japan are very densely populated, so space for single family homes, if you can afford them, is incredibly expensive, thus they build narrower but taller. Those very large apartment buildings make the most logical use of land in a country that’s made up of a number of islands. (Just compare Tokyo to NYC!!) Enjoy your trip!
I’ve traveled to Japan (Tokyo & Osaka primarily) several times over the years. I have flown in and out of both Haneda and Narita airports. Also made use of their rail system!
I’m looking forward to watching your videos traveling to South Korea (where I worked for a year) and Taiwan. I’ve also been to Hong Kong, Thailand and Malaysia. Missed out on Singapore, Vietnam and China tho. I’ll be curious to see how Singapore compares to your experience in Japan when it comes to cleanliness..!! 🙂
There are golf courses, but they tend to be far out in the mountains. There was a golf course in Wakayama Ken I visited I 2002.
Wife and I spent two weeks in Japan this May, so impressed with the people and the country, we are planning on going back next year 🙂
I know Ron personally and can say this man cares and does his absolute best at his business and all affairs.
G'day Ron. I am Australian and not likely to visit places like this. Thank you for sharing your video and thoughts
Always fun seeing someone visit Japan for the first time.
I love Lawson shops, they are great value and have a good range of food, drink, and essentials.
Wow it is so clean and neat over there my cousin loves going to Japan with his wife and son. You cant go wrong having your bunkers being built in Japan they are very professional and industrious. I hope you enjoyed your time over there.
I am glad to see your picture with me in this video.
It was an honor to meet you at Haneda.
Enjoy the rest of your trip.
Yes, they are clean. Thanks for sharing.
You said there was not much room to put bomb shelters in Tokyo because there are no yards (7:47), but in Japan most houses are rebuilt after 30 years or so because people want the best protection against earthquakes and newer houses are just nicer. So it will probably be easier to find empty plots that you can build under than you might think.
Thanks for sharing the journey with us. Awesome treat!
Yes way different and even buying beer from vending machines with some not needing ID relying on honesty, Could you imagine that anywhere.
Thanks for sharing great video .
Amazing Pictures!
So Wise , Thank You . A fine walking tour . Looks like a fine factory
Be safe Ron and enjoy your time there 👍
You dork!!🤣❤️. "You don't have any umbrellas to sell do ya???!"
I absolutely love all your videos. It's such a treat to watch!
Great commentary. Always do enjoy.
I like to see some private Korean bunkers, I've heard many houses built from 1970s to 80s have private bunkers.
Looks like a lot fun. And a nice place.
There's a tax incentive for growing rice on your garden plot. Many people grow fruit and veg.
Hi Ron. Always enjoy your videos! Stay safe buddy.
You're videos are not only about shelters but also traveling....awsome!
28:41 that grin!!!❤
They are thin and healthy because all of their food is good and natural with no chemicals like in America that is why we all dying of Cancer.
That water bottle was probably dropped by us Americans. Lol nice Ron
Wow, the fabrication plant was amazing, everything was laid out neat and organized, and holy cow the beauty of the welds, should be interesting if you allow them to build your bunkers
That Japanese Hotel room is great.
Really enjoyed the video Ron😊
Thanks 😊
@@AtlasSurvivalShelters have you any plans to swing by Ireland in 2023/24?
THKS
In Japan you have a drain for redundancy down the subway more down in the city like a backup of a backup o think can be used like a big shelter.
I'm getting home sick for Japan now. Glad you had a great time. I hope you get hooked up with that steel company.
Welcome to Japan! ❤ from Romania!
Ideal for your big culvert shelters
Hey Ron, you should have told me you were coming to Tokyo! I live here and would have loved to buy you a drink and share some experiences.
I announced it in the video before I left
Cool your going make them in Vietnam i live here amazing country except for the trash most house are 4 metres wide here so bunkers will have the same interior design as a home
👍🔫🩹🧯🧼🛡🕯🔦🪔🪓🥫🍫🗡🧻🧻🧻🧻 PREPP NOW 💯🕯🔦🔫🧻🧻🧻
🪚🪓🧷🧻
Best country in the world!
i hope long life with prosperity for you
They have machine 'tractors' that plant the rice starts
Wonderful video Ron, Japan is a great place. Thinking of your shelters and the issues with some access to areas to build/logistics due to cables.........well the Japanese are a much more cohesive society and don't have race/social issues like the West, so you will find some community opportunities perhaps or group projects? That factory looked v skilled and their work was high quality. Looking forward to you next video.
Very beautiful place!!! No tofu dregs there, huh??
So... will there be a market for "firenado" shelters you rekon? /looks at the upcoming rebuilding on a certain island
You okay man? It sounds like you walked up 100 flights of stairs at the 3:40 mark.
Wow imagine a stainless steel bunker. Would never rust
God I love Japan.
I can only ever dream of having enough money to afford a bunker. I hope to have a house one day to begin with. Until then, may I recommend a better camera? I'd like to watch your videos, in higher quality. 4K would be much better. And have you noticed the number of FPS in the video? Everything looks very blurry whenever the camera is moving at all. 60 FPS would be much better. Please upgrade your camera and set it to 4K 60 FPS. As a bonus, you could get an external microphone to attach to the camera. I will provide more recommendations after you've upgraded. Thanks.
It good Ron your seeing the world i live all over the world including usa ..living in Asia i know know usa is not the best country in the world shame it could have been
Our leaders should be ashamed of themselves.
Japan is known for quality.. 3.5 metres wide they said they can make wow
Hai !
There is graf in Tokyo.
Is that Akiharaba?
Do they give you toilet paper? Or a hose
For $188 that sure is a small room.
Get a Godzilla tattoo….way cool trip to Japan.
I hope you don't get caught in all that flooding
Maybe consider a Tsunami Shelter and a bomb shelter
I live in Osaka..aloha
12 minutes and 13 seconds in come on man of course the door is gonna open it's Japanese technology it's not like it is made in China PS I hope everything is going well especially below decks when it comes steel cancer. I do keep you in my prayers as I know you're a decent guy but we need to have a bit more faith in our allies, especially when it comes to our industrial prowess and superiority and I believe that superiority comes from us constantly driving one another to the pinnacle of what we can accomplish together. were all better together because we are constantly pushing one another to be batter and I think that's all we can ask from ourselves and our allies of course, this is just a simple opinion from another ally from Australia
I am not trying to hate on anybody here. For one thing the country you are in they probably don't have homeless people problems if they do they probably have services for them.
I hope some people in Maui had fall out shelters.
Why no Geisha Girls on the train?
Skytree tower
Ron, you're a cool dude and great patriotic american. Keep up the good work...
5:25 "They drive on the wrong side of the road here." Hilarious. My other favorite is telling Britsh that American English is the official version of English.
You better practice, okay???? Wow
Illegal immigrants and some immigrants do bring up crime in Japan though.
