My tip for Sport Motivation is to find something that you enjoy and are looking forward to do. I never liked going to the gym and just work on the stations but since i found a Studio where I really like the people and meet with my friends I love going! I also only do classes as that is what I personally enjoy more. Maybe you need someone to go with? Maybe you need a class you really enjoy? Something where you dont quite notice how hard it is.

My question for the next video is: How do you deal with rejection or disappointment--for instance, something not working out the way you wanted it to?
Or, a lighter-hearted question: What is the smallest, happy memory from this year so far? Of course, birthdays and engagements are happy things, but what about something smaller or quieter than that which sticks out to you?
