Space king, I tried to make a simple webpage with buttons changing size from user input and it keeps failing. It should be the exact same setup. Each iteration keeps forgetting the last one, previous things that are added keep disappearing and changing completely, even the main focus stuff, even if i specify it should add new elements. It might have some synthax problems when creating some files tho. I thought giving it the problem in smaller steps would help it. Can't really use it for anything serious if it just keeps deleting stuff from your project to add half functional stuff. Did you have these kind of problems? How many shots do you need for a success?
@@AICodeKing i was basically just testing how useful it can be. I made it do a simple task with just a simple webpage in it from scratch, and it works. But when i ask it to add new features, even just an extra element, it just fails. Either this is not how it was designed to be used, or i need to step up my prompting game for this. I'll try again in a few minutes by coding in python instead of html and javascript.
@@AICodeKingupdate: it seems like it has problems with paths and editing the existing files. Which is strange given it is a simple directory on my windows desktop with a .git and the sources. The first prompt is good, then it just makes mistakes editing the files and creating stuff that doesn't make sense, like random files with lines of code in their name, and it bricks everything. On the forums it just says "use a better model". If you didn't have these problems, maybe it's the git installation or something about my enviroment.

I didn't had such issues. Are you trying to make stuff from scratch or using it in an existing codebase?
