I thought that crowd singing Don't look Back In Anger was a disgrace. I quote John Lydon "Anger is an energy". Fair play to Morrissey for calling those people morons, that's exactly what they were.
Brilliant song and the lyrics were fantastic. Nailed my feelings on the matter. Morrissey was brave for saying it - the applause after the chorus lyrics summed up the mood of the audience.
@@kwkwkwkw6411 i bet it didnt get played on manchesterr radio..it shd be played non stop...but who do we get angrry with when the bastard blew himself up and what do we do about it
This sends shivers down my body. The atrocity that played out at the Arena seems to have been swept under the carpet. It will never leave those directly and indirectly involved.
The most wonderful night, he was on absolute top form. Right at the very end here, you can just hear my best friend shout 'we love you Manchester', and we do ❤️
It is a beautiful tragedy of a song so heartfelt. We love Moz for sticking to his truths whether he is in the minority of one in the music industry. Thank you Moz.
Just look at all the soft-spoken, one-size-fits-all singers. It's almost unbearable. Who else but Morrissey would dare to sing songs like "Staircase at the university", "Kick the bride down the aisle", "Munich Air Disaster", "Suffer little children", "Meat is Murder", "National Front Disco", "Bengali in Platforms", "Margaret on the Guillotine", "Asian Rut", "America is not the world", "Irish blood, English heart", "The Bullfighter Dies", "Israel", "The girl from Tel-Aviv", "Who will protect us from the police", "Notre Dame",. ...and so many more. The world will only know how important Morrissey was when he's gone.......
A masterpiece of a song

And mine, and many others.
@@markwood1 yep I was there, very well received.
Is anybody else writing lyrics like this MAN?
Such a sad song
What makes it sad
Thank you Morrissey
OMG. Yes, I will look back in anger until the day I die. 💗
he is a legend. I have no words...
Well, you managed 8.
Very moving, cried at the Troxy
Everyone needs to hear this…
Class song, no one could have said it better about that night.
why has this not been more widely heard? A masterpiece but doesn't fit with MSM.
because (((those guys))) at Capitol Records and UMG won't release the album.

Gives me chills. Absolute chills
My hero.

The studio version is still officially unreleased.
Again the government and public sector failed the taxpayer! Morrissey for pm!
Amazing night, amazing song, think it hits us Mancunians more than others. Remember it happening, I live about a couple of miles away from the arena.
Best version yet
Nice

great track
Brilliant x
Good on him! There are certain public sector workers who failed the taxpaying public an “Normal’ working class!
was like a scene from a film watching this live
