Hi Donna, it is always such a joy watching you colour in with pencils, and the little image was so cute! I am amazed at how well the pencils blend together, and beautiful choice of colours. I did enjoy seeing the same image coloured in your Copic markers as a comparison at the end of the video. You are certainly right about choosing the background first before colouring the image. Mind you in the past I usually have the little water colour painting, and then I have to try and find a suitable coloured background which at times can be a challenge.
