Its interesting seeing a cleaner version of the play. You got great comedic timing, even with some small and larger things dropped from the original play you still got the laughs. Really you got the spirit of the play.
yes!! i was really honestly expecting it to seem choppy, or have context thrown out, and would be more confusing, but if i hadn’t known what was supposed to happen in the play, i wouldn’t have known anything was changed!! they did amazing
29:55 Best gurney rip I've ever seen in a production of this play, and that includes the original company and the US national tour. Perfectly executed!
My schools doing it too, and ours is exactly like that 😂😂 and our Jonathan whispers “Don’t you…don’t leave, DONT LEAVE ME HEAR” and goes to like grab my leg, I play Dennis/perkins
Me and my school are putting on this play for a One-Act festival, I’m playing Carter. I was looking forward to the play before, but I’m even more excited now that I’ve seen it!
I actually think this play works better as a one-act. The full version tends to drag on a little long and ruin the comedic timing, but this pacing works fantastic.

Your comedic timing is on point. Also, very nice dodge of the first panel. Most people just stand in the door.
the sound of all the moms laughing makes me WHEEZEEE i love the laugher of the audience sitting near the camera😭😭
