    great coaching video Morey. I like how you break the throwing motion down into stages and then teach each stage and then repeat X 5. It's a great way to teach/develop young QB's. I'm sure that you're going to get hired by a college team or an NFL team.

      @@Performancelabofcalifornia Ive got a question. My shoulders hurt a lot after some deep throws and this concern lasts for 2 weeks or som. I even warm up with you exercises but my shoulder still hurts

      @@Performancelabofcalifornia the back part of the shoulder. Itd the part which hurts when I load the throw at my highest point where I turn my elbow. Idk if it has to do smth with my injury 2 years ago. I broke a part of my elbow back then

    Coach I was wondering if you could help with my son’s lower body? He has a good arm, but always forgets to push off us back leg because he over strides.
