The most messed up part is there where pokemon human hybrids and humans when they die can turn into ghost types meaning that humans in the series are just another type of pokemon even with psychic subtypes. Which means pokemon is rife with slavery among other things.

Several Pokémon, including Gardevoir, Gallade, Mr. Mine and Jynx all count as "Pokémon with a bipedal, tailless form", which is represented with the silhouette of a human.
Furthermore, there's never any implication in that text (according to this video) that they were having sex, or anything like that. It was just a primitive form of union more intimate than simply being a master and pet. Probably far more meaningful than the modern relationship between trainer and Pokemon.

It's no censoreship but an additional change in the german version of Pokemon X and Y: When you wake up the Snorlax a textbox pops up with the text ,Snorlax has opened its eyes' and ,as wide as possible' in the german version. This was probably the only time I had to laugh in the whole game and I'm wondering why the german translators do have more humor than the creators of Pokemon themselves.

If you read carefully, the baguette holder mentions the Black Belt trainer class specifically in caps, which is composed of males only (The female counterpart to Black Belts are Battle Girls), but it's true they don't translate 医学 specifically to medical science but leave the "transformation" part ambiguous.

To be fair, the marriage thing from the game states that they used to be the same in just the next line and a lot of people presume that humans in the Pokemon universe evolved from Pokemon in a way similar to how humans evolved from apes. And a weird pre-human Pokemon ape species marrying a weird whatever Pokemon species is far less weird, in comparison, considering have crushes on another species pretty often.
