  • Andy from TCB is joined by Karl Hampson to look at all things 'water spots'. This video contains a heavy tutorial element looking at what water spots are, how they form, and advice for the prevention, reduction and removal of those horrible pesky marks.
    The video contains product comparisons of 6 detailing products including water spot shampoos and of course dedicated water spot removal sprays.

    Great video again TCB. Very interesting to see the different rections to similar products.

      Cheers Billy. The most surprising fact was how acidic FSE was. Thanks for watching.

      Thank you very much. Don't watch any of the older videos as they are very embarrassing but we had to start somewhere lol. Cheers.

    Nice one guys. But what about gtechniq instruction on there site saying to wash the car after using w9 ?

    • @thecarboutique2467
      @thecarboutique2467  Год назад

      A very valid point. Albeit we were testing the products in isolation, you are correct that the car should be washed after use. This addresses some of the discussion regarding leaving acidic products on the car. It does raise the concern of potentially leaving stage 1 water spots after the wash however so you would need to be point when doing your post W9 use. A good point and thanks for leaving the comment and adding to the conversation.

    ODK Regen is a cracking shampoo, and it smells fantastic. It's all i've been using since I bought some at waxstock.

      Cheers. Yes definitely a shampoo I am going to test further. Next test is on a ceramic coated car. Thanks for watching.
