How to reset your JBL headphones?

These headphones are bulletproof I swear. They are about 2 years old. I've dropped them a million times. Yesterday I dropped them really hard on concrete. My right side quit working. Did the super easy reset and bam. The whole process took about 10 seconds. Thank you so much.

1 of 2) We have the JBL Tune 660NC (same model as yours? As yours looks exactly like ours) and it is stuck and refuse to be turned off. Was listening to music ok until it stopped and some sort of low level repeating sound. Currently the white and blue light are lit up.
I tried the + and - like you did (which looked to reset yours) and it still refused to reset. So right now nothing I do can turn it off it seems. Not cool at all as JBL official site doesn't seem to provide any trouble shooting steps at all.
2 of 2) I solved my own problem. Nothing worked. And then I tried charging the 660NC and that seemed to break the error loop. It turned the light into red (for charging) and the repeating sound stopped. Now it works again after pairing, etc. Very bad software/hardware design. Should have better How to.

I cannot even find it as it doesn't appear even in the recent devices, I've only the white light that seems to stay on no blue light what so ever

I've never had headphones that stopped emitting sound except the turn on and connect ones, the diodes were working, on my laptop it was fine, with the cable- fine! But not on my phone

hey tell me what to do
when I press both buttons for a couple of seconds it goes to radio mode.

Idk why but my left earphone doesn't play sound when connected to Bluetooth, but when connected to a PC with an audio cable it works correctly. Does anybody know what the issue is?
