    Loved it. I met a 42 year old mom of a 5 year old and 2 year old. She has a very busy at home job. On the computer most of the day. She’s very overwhelmed and I’m worried about her. Please keep this channel coming ❤️You are very organized and your baby is never neglected! Great job😊

    I've been working at home for 5 years now but always had an evening shift and rarely had to be on camera. Now im changing to day shift and have to be on camera throughout the day for meetings. I have the pack and play ready and her play mat area kid proof and nearby for those 30-60 min meetings...shes 10 months. I hope I can make it work. Great Video

    Wow, I’m so happy to see how you can share that special time with your baby while balancing it with work. That’s what I want to do. As another SAHM/WFHM, I’m wondering when you find time to cook, clean, manage things for the family… Does anyone help you with that or does it happen on the weekend..? Thanks, all the best!

    Love this. When my twins turned 18 months and started only taking one nap, working from home didn’t work anymore. As they get older, toddlers need more learning and playing time and less sleep during the day. I had to put them in daycare and I love this for all of us.

    Awesome routine, thanks for sharing! I find that my struggle is getting my little one to go down for naps without my assistance; she'll usually need like 15-30min of snuggles/rocking to get to sleep. I'm amazed you can simply put your baby in his crib and walk out the door! Can you share what strategies you have used to help your son be able to succesfully sleep independently?
    Many thanks!

    • @natalianatalia1734
      @natalianatalia1734 Год назад

      This is unrealistic yt video. I would add, where is your bonding time with your spouse. I take care of my 9 month old baby from 7 am
      till 4 pm. Then my husband gets baby over. I work on my job portfolio from 4 pm up to 1:00 am, and go to sleep. Im exhausted every day. Laundry and cleaning is between babies naps. Its no way to brain work when i have a baby on my shift.

    • @HeyAshleyRenne
      @HeyAshleyRenne  11 месяцев назад +1

      @@natalianatalia1734Hi, it's not that it's unrealistic, it's just what works for me and my family. Maybe not for everyone. I quit my corporate job a few years before becoming a mom and started my own business so that I could define my own schedule by the time I became a parent. My husband and I also batch cook/meal prep, do laundry, clean, etc. on the weekends and we also straighten up the house as we go. We work together to get everything done, instead of everything falling on me.

    • @HeyAshleyRenne
      @HeyAshleyRenne  11 месяцев назад +1

      Hi! My husband and I work together to get everything done on weekends. He batch cooks/meal preps food on Sundays while I watch the baby. And I do the laundry on Saturdays. And we straighten the house up as we go, pick up after ourselves, etc. And now that my son is a toddler, we taught him to clean up after himself. So he puts all his toys away before bed, puts hs dishes in the sink after meal time, etc.

    • @elizabethbogana2606
      @elizabethbogana2606 11 месяцев назад +1

      Agree that is possible, if cleaning and meal prep is done at weekend.
      If you have friends catch ups and weekend outing, it gets so messy 😂
      I am really doing the same, but working 2 hours a day when baby nap.
      It is hard, no time to stop and relax, no watch TV etc.. just work when baby sleep naps and sleep when baby sleep at night.. destroy by 9:00pm ..but prefer this than be back in the office!!!

    • @HeyAshleyRenne
      @HeyAshleyRenne  11 месяцев назад

      It was because of my husband actually 😅 I went out of town for work for a few days. Came back and he was sleeping through the night. I guess because I wasn't there to run to him every time he woke up, he got accustomed to me not being there and started sleeping through. I was only gone maybe 2-3 days. That's all it took!

      @HeyAshleyRenne  11 месяцев назад

      I feel you! With my first boy (in the video), my husband sleep trained him while I was out of town on a work trip for a few days lol. Since mama wasn't there to run to him all throughout the night, daddy was able to train him to sleep without me. I was only gone a few days, and when I came back he was sleeping through the night.

    I know for a fact that I have the notification bell on for EVERYTHING you put out, it's how I know when you haven't been here...

      You always make my day, thank you for being so supportive! It's been such an uphill battle ever since I came back from maternity break and saw that the notifications no longer work for my channel. I think YT is punishing me for taking a break, even though it was for my baby. So now nobody knows when I upload, which means my views are super low, so it's hard to stay motivated to keep making content 😔 BUT comments like yours encourage me to keep going so THANK YOU. Hopefully they'll turn notifications back on for me soon!

    Ashley thank you so much for this video. It was wonderful every time I ask someone how do I balance work from home with my baby all they tell me is how hard it is I feel so alone I struggle every day and my work like balance is awful. I am new at this and I feel like I’m great at work but at the cost of not being a great mom to my baby as she is always in front of a computer, I don’t know how to put her on a schedule. I don’t know how to spend time with her. I have to work a certain amount of hours a week and I have to do meetings at random times of the day. I’m curious what you do that allows you to have that flexibility to have meetings at a certain time also, I would love to chat sometime and pick your brain. My goal is to be like you and balance my baby and work without crying or stressing thank you ❤
