Cycle day 10. I love the ocean sounds. I envisioned waves with my breath cascading over me in the positions, bringing abundance, hope and some peace to my overactive mind. ❤

This amidst a breast cancer diagnosis and so much uncertainty - in spite of it I feel grateful for what I do have. Thank you for this precious video, I'll be doing it regularly. I truly enjoyed this flow of abundance and gratitude. I'm noticing that based on the season (no matter how short or long) I may find myself in, my body and mind gravitate toward different yoga flows which is quite intriguing - to say the least. Just last month, I was really into the more intense flows that felt almost like a workout. Now that I'm in a different environment and state of mind, I find myself doing more gentle yoga. This feeling of being in tune with my body is one I honestly appreciate especially when I acknowledge that it has not always been this way. I see the growth and love it! Also, thank you Ms. Kendra for this beautiful gentle yoga sequence for abundance and gratitude.

I've been struggling to stay present during my yoga practices recently, but I had no problems in this class. I was able to stay calm, focused, and present the whole way through, focusing on my expansive belly breaths and that wonderful feeling of abundance and gratitude.

I ve been doing your yoga routine and meditation for a month now. This is the first time in a year I ve got periods without any medication. Thank you so much. Also I feel a lot calmer now. My husband noticed this change in me since my PMS is the worst. Thanks a million. Can't wait to try this routine!
