      @@stefaniebeh706 do you notice any delay with your period when drinking the raspberry tea? I normally drink it 2 days before I know I’m going to start but when I do I’ve noticed it delays it. But you did mention you drink it every single day correct?

    I really like how gentle you phrase your instructions... "When you're ready" and "if it feels good" and "I invite you to"... That makes the whole thing that much more soothing. I don't hurt anymore since drinking raspberry leaf tea, but I do get very tired and bloated and cranky. And now I just feel tired and bloated and serene. So thank you!

    I think this is the first yoga video I can actually follow thru without getting lost or overwhelmed.. your voice is angelic and this set made me feel such relief on my first day of flow! looking forward to doing it again!

    I'm on day 3 of my moon cycle and had just followed a pretty intense 20-minute exercise routine. The cramps started after a couple of minutes and I thought that maybe I could find a soothing yoga video to help me. I couldn't be more grateful for finding yours; thanks sooo much. I'm completely relaxed and the cramps fully disappeared right before the squat. Your gentle routine is a blessing and I feel calm and content with the connection I did with my body. Thanks!

    So I am cramping and with the first pose/position (right hand on right foot working a pressure point) I felt immediate relief. Left side I felt decrease in pain. After I completed the entire session I felt better. I’d say I went from a 6 on the pain scale to a 3. Gonna do this 1-2 more times today (afternoon and evening). Thank you for sharing this natural way to ease my cramps. I also supplement with Dong quai and red raspberry leaf tea (if I don’t feel nauseated). 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

    So amazing just found your channel and wish I found it sooner. This 15 minute session has relieved my lower back pain and I feel so balanced and relaxed.
    I use double doses of magnesium in the run up to my period and during to help my cramps and I take liquid iron and vit c during my period to help with fatigue during mensuration.

    I have the flu and I was very tired then my period arrived and I was feeling awful and I have all this exams coming up soon and I tried to sleep and take painkillers and it didn't work but I'm really glad for this video it helped so much now I feel a lot better💖💖

    Thank you that was lovely, although I luckily don't suffer cramps, I'm now working more intuitively with my body and instead of intense exercise when mensturating, as if nothing is going on with my body like I use to, I'm now pausing my intense workouts and doing gentle yoga, giving myself time to relax and be quiet. This is perfect thank you

    thankyou for this, all my symptoms, but particularly cramps have been getting so much harder every month for a while. This yoga really helped me to relax and definitely gave me some relief. I checked out elix, and it sounds amazing, but out of my budget sadly, definitely some interesting information though. One day hopefully.

    I have pcos and I find that yoga really helps. I'm so glad I found you, thank you for doing what you do! 💟
    I love BeYou period patches- they're infused with menthol and eucalyptus and are very soothing throughout the day if I do have cramps. I also love raspberry leaf tea, red clover and milk thistle!

I would like to ask for clarification, what is the point you are pressing on the foot - is it on top of the foot or below, so the Liver or Kidney meridian?     What I didn’t understand is the first one where in suppose to press a bone in my feet could you please explain that one … I was folding my big toe don’t know if that’s the point or press in the hole between the toe and the index 😟

      Hi there. No, it wasn't created to address that. Also, with menstrual irregularity, it's important to know why the cycles are irregular so the underlying cause can be addressed. If the underlying cause is something that yoga cannot help with (for example undereating, overexercising, excess alcohol intake, etc.) then practicing yoga won't help improve the regularity though it would still offer other benefits.
